Well you must be a freak then. My mate is 6'1" and 180 during season and on the middle of the spectrum as far as being built goes. As to the creator of this thread, I'm going to have to recommend cardio work. (note, this doesn't come from a tubby RS player, I quit because exercise took too much of my time, and have appeared in state finals 3 times so far. I know my [cabbage]). However, there is an important thing that will really help: have support. When you run or bike, or anything... do so with other people. Join the football team or sommat. Otherwise, unless you are an amazing person and you have out of the ordinary self motivation you will probably quit after a week or two, or you wll not go at a fast enough clip to help you. So step 1 would be cardio to lose the weight. Step two would be Low weight high rep lifting. (while you are still dropping the fat). Probably 50%-60% of your max, 20+ times, but don't go to exhaustion. As for what lifts you should do, I would recommend ones that isolate the muscle. So that eliminates the posterboy lifts namely squats. Step 3 will be just muscles. After you've lost the weight you can do the big muscle lifts all you'd like but just remember to keep some cardio going. An important endnotes: Your core is much more important than your back, remember that, whichout a strong core a strong body is useless. And of course dietary, but I really don't know much about that so I won't talk.

Important question: How much alchohol did you consume. THAT I'm guessing would be the reason you were so free to talk to her the first tiime. ( alhtough you descrption make " so free" not sound very free at all). However, you got the icebreaker, now you just have to hold interest. Even when your driving by her as you go to school, just slow down and give her a simple greeting, just some integration into her life. But just a note of caution first, you may want your friend to make sure she is single before you try anything too risque. I can see disaster looming if you don't.

It really isn't that useful that way unless you learn it with complete understanding of each part of the language. The thing about Esperanto is that it may be a combination of languages but it will lend more to confusion when you start dong the germanic combination verbs with singular word verbs in say, the romance languages. Esperanto, while cultishly may be cool, and may be helpful in some part of your life, like the IRC chatrooms, will never be a main language. There is too much culture left in the languages right now, people will not lay down ther language in exchange for another.
