On blogs, get each person to post straight after you do, so they can edit their own post when they want.

You're the author. You post first.

 

 

 

Then straight after say, Poker posts.

 

 

 

Then the third racer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Get about 5 racers, make sure they're all on at the same time, and post all at the same time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also: Stress people not to post till everyone has made their post.
