gotsol
My i advise to not go looking around google for runescape things like switchers and client programs you will most likely come across keylogger and get hacked or worse ban. ~gotsol~ RSN: 1 day late | Private chat: On | 60 ATTACK | 81 STRENGTH | 72 HITPOINTS | | 80 MAGIC | 13 PRAYER | 1 DEFENSE | 65 COMBAT |
Gin_and_Tonic
Third party clients, such as Swiftswitch, are not illegal according to Runescape rules, as about 60% of the users have it, but it is not allowed here on the Tip.It forums... I personally dont have Switfswitch, but from what i've heard, its perfectly safe to use.

The Observer
There is one from Zybez. It is legal now because JAGeX told them to remove alot of the stuff. Now, all the things on there is legal. They removed the auto-retry world and stuff like that. Or you can try an online version. It's rated "green" by SiteAdvisor so I think it's safe. I also checked the downloads from Zybez at the SiteAdvisor Zybez report page. All the downloads are clean.
PhelimReagh
There is one from Zybez. It is legal now because... You do not gain any "unfair advantage" so you will not be banned for using it. However, Jagex does not recommend using it, or any other third party client, for your own security's sake.
NightHawK
If your useing IRC on one of these just be careful about the channels you join. Dont buy any accounts from these because they might get your ip and hack you. www.di-rs.com
The Observer
So. Just use IRC at your own risk. That is why there is a disclaimer.
Captainkidd
Here a world switcher, thats legal, has no keyloggers and was made right here on tif : If you want to use a world switcher, I suggest you use that one because its the only 'safe' one that people can use. What I mean by safe is we know theres nothing wrong with it, other runescape sites may have one but we don't know if its 'safe'
The Observer
Well the one I'm talking about is safe. It's from a RuneScape help site and it's rated green by SiteAdvisor. Plus, my friend has it and he scanned it with Norton and Ad-Aware. No spyware or viruses at all.

Elessar3019
The one I'm talking about is on draynor.net. It's just a little window to the left of your main RS screen that gives you a direct link to a particular world. I planned on checking its authenticity anyways, but thanks for clarifying the legality of third-party programs. perfect grammar is one thing, typing like a drugged monkey and enjoying it is anotherAMEN! Dalcyte
SS i think is now legal due to it's cut back on IRC chatting or something...i'm not sure, but i tend to refrain from using all of 3rd party programs, because i don't really wanna worry about the threat of getting hacked at the price of a few extra things. Click for mah Blog!- I'm not sure why you would though because i never update it Achieved 99 Thieving 3/10/07-992nd to it
icecube
Well world switchers are legal as long as they don't help you get into full worlds like Swiftswitch once did. SS changed that though, so it only can help change worlds but not into full worlds.
The Observer
Yea. It doesn't. It has a "World Watcher". It just tells you when a world is available. Check out this topic.
