Captainkidd
I got a new pure/main who I am going to make a member, I wanted to know what skill gives the more money per hour, Keep in mind (tripsis) I will have 1 def so I think nature rune crafting though the abbys isn't goin to work :D
rise
well you cant do the major big money makers nat crafting and barrows with 1 def so I think that bowstrings would be the best way using a skill. But if not the law run in w66 or mabey minninng pure ess casuse they can be sold for 115ea now easily. Minning rune would be another one of the good ways but you dont have 85 minning or access to any good rune minning spots excpet the wild(witch isnt good casue of lame pkers that pk skillers.) I dont have a sig anymore =[But I did manage to get every skill in the highscores
BloodAngel
You could try spinning bow strings because that gets okish money or smithing cannon balls. -Bloodangel "Unfortunately, the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale."
rise
You could try spinning bow strings because that gets okish money or smithing cannon balls. -Bloodangel I dont think that cannon balls is all that fast if you buy the steel bars you not really making all that much money all that fast.(sry for using all all so much.) I dont have a sig anymore =[But I did manage to get every skill in the highscores

Just the only problem with cannon balls is its grunt work, you do it over and over and over with out any change so your like a robot. Same with all the suggestions you gave making bow strings is grunt work too, its for people who have an IQ equal or lower then a rock because it takes no brains to do, once you do it one time your set until you fall asleep. I am looking for somthing that isn't grunt work, not merchant but a steady income that has very-ations to it.
PhelimReagh
1K Steel gets you 4K Cannonballs, a profit of 200K, which takes 2 hours in Port Phasmatys. Nat crafting or running is an option since your level is probably pretty low. Most RC PKers are level 70 and above. You need only worry about the baddies inside the Abyss. Japlin Chev
Cannonballs are the fastest I can think of with 1 def... You could train fletch to 70 and Alch your longs... Chevroi - Formerly Japlin69My Old Blog
darkblade986
There was a guide in the Player-Made Guides section about making money with Level 1 Clue Scrolls. If you got yourself enough food and worked your theiving level enough, you could make a decent profit off of Level 1 Clue Scrolls from H.A.M. Members. Give me a sec and I'll post up the link. Quick Money with Level 1 Scrolls I'm working on clearing my bank out so that I'll have room to have all the items needed for the Emote clues, but seeing as you'll be on a pure account, you'll have plenty of bank space to get the items, although you'll probably have to get a friend to make and give them to you... There's 53 items on his list that he suggests you have available, so that's almost 7 lines in your bank that would be devoted to EmotiScrolls. don't worry, you are going to "hell" anyway. wanna race to see who gets there first?Officially reached 100 Combat at 1:33PM EST, June 14, 2007First Dragon Drop: Dragon Chain (Dust Devils) @ 10:48PM EST, July 14, 2008, lv113 combat
Captainkidd
darkblade986, I know the link and the guide but I suck at clues, tock me half a day to do one, it would take me a month to do 400 and get 19m.

That's why you get better at them. I can easily move my house somewhere convienant for these, or just keep using House tablets since I already have 6 Portals in my house. You just have to get good and efficient at them for there to be any hope for it to be good money. It's just like any other skill: The more efficient you are, the more money you'll make. But if you really want something to make money off of, then Pure Essence mining might be good. You could mine your way up to iron, then Mine that for some quick cash. Afterwards, switch to Pure Essence at 30 Mining and stock pile it. Once you have a good quantity, you should be able to get away with selling for more than usual in bulk. don't worry, you are going to "hell" anyway. wanna race to see who gets there first?Officially reached 100 Combat at 1:33PM EST, June 14, 2007First Dragon Drop: Dragon Chain (Dust Devils) @ 10:48PM EST, July 14, 2008, lv113 combat

rise
well sorry to break it to you but basically every skill that you can do with one def is repetitive basically all of rs is repetitive(or grunt work as you call it) really the only things that aren't repetitive are barrows and clue scrolls its the random chance of getting something good that makes it fun and slightly un-repetitive. I dont have a sig anymore =[But I did manage to get every skill in the highscores
Captainkidd
really the only things that aren't repetitive are barrows well you cant do the major big money makers nat crafting and barrows with 1 def   No not all skills are grount work, nature crafting would seem like it until you really do it, its kinda hard to not get pked, rember glory every time, bring ess, fix pouches ect. highlanders
Maybe law crafting. The way through the abyss and the way through the ballon transportation (enlightened journey quest) is almost the same. 2480+ total
Captainkidd
Law crafting would be ok, but the quest you need to get the tally gives def exp right? Or maybe one of the quests you have to do to make the quests.

But you said that it isn't an option with 1 def. I dont have a sig anymore =[But I did manage to get every skill in the highscores
