apparently most of you have no idea why dragon bones skyrocketed when wilderness was removed (and GE implemented). They introduced BH arena and it replaced the most frequented green dragon spot. Bone prices skyrocketed because of the massive removal of availability, not because of any other reason cited in this thread. If they remove the BH arena and replace it with the previous dragon spot then bones will go down, if not then bones will be unaffected. Stop pretending the removal of the old wilderness, in and of itself, had anything to do with the inflation of bone prices. If you were around for the update you should know the truth, otherwise you have absolutely no authority to post about this issue.

scroll is single best reward for skill. Torstol farming is astounding now, getting herbs plus a free seed from a patch is amazing profit. You get a random seed back from dead patches but it's getting identical seeds back from the live patches that make this such an amazing item. Longterm this scroll is worth an absolutely massive amount of profit, I have no idea why anyone wouldn't want it. P.S. 10k tokens is nothing :rolleyes:

You realize that at best 1% of RS players at any time are participating in clan activities? Boohoo they removed a few BH worlds, don't see skillers crying that they removed non PvP worlds and thus removed skilling spots.

only clans th have maintained relevance are memorable to me now. Gladz, BK, DS, and a whole host of other clans achieved dominance but it was short lived and they now are either defunct or absolutely irrelevant. DI has maintained a level of dominance for 5 years now and should be lauded, DF has impressed me with their longevity that I never thought they'd pull off (I remember organizing a war against DF when they were first created and thought they'd fade out).

for every instance I miss the old days for, there's probably 2-3 modern conveniences Jagex has implemented that I love. It's certainly not the same game as it was years ago but in many ways it's also far superior. P.S. I merchant...a lot, have for years and will continue to do so because there is no one correct way to play Runescape. In my years I've yet to meet a single person who is "anti merchanting" that is so out of any virtue but rather because they are being affected directly by other people's merchanting. These people then post on forums (Such as these) about the moral obligations of people and how merchanting ruins the game...for them. These people are only angry because they have been personally affected by merchanting, these people are acting strictly out of self interest...the same self interest they are accusing us of. I've been a merchant for over 5 years, people have been complaining about us the entire time and yet today merchanting is more rife in this game than ever before. This simply is not an argument that people who are anti merchanting are going to win.
