I just had a dry Spiritual Mage task and decided to buy my whip back

[hide=Trip #1, The Story and The Pics]As some of you might know, Sjakie took me to one of the dangerest areas in the lands of Gielenor; Waterbirth Dungeon, the famous dungeon where the Dagannoth Kings rule supreme.

3 brave adventurers, Sjakie_1_1_3, Zaideey92 and Hephaistos50 entered their realm with hopes of riches, but those dreams soon faded when they stumbled upon the various monsters roaming in the dungeon: The Dagannoths, their ranging brothers and sisters, the rock lobsters, giant rock crabs and last but not least the mighty Wallasakis.

They prayed to their own gods and the gods laughed upon them and the three adventurers made it through without many trouble.

Soon they stumbled upon a ladder. It's the ladder to the Kings, said Sjakie to the two rookies. They shivered thinking about them. The Dagannoth Kings, argued to have flown the Northern Winds and killed the mighty warrior Bulkalla. Sjakie went down the ladder and so did Heph and Zaid.

Sjakie and Heph continued to the safespot while Zaid covered their backs and fought bravely with Dagannoth Supreme and Prime at the same time. This way the two others could safely make it to the safespot where they started to rip apart the third and final king, Dagannoth Rex, with their ancient darts of death. Rex didn't like it, but there was nothing he could do againt the power of two mighty warriors. His drops reflected his mood though...

After many nice and loving words from mostly Heph, the King drops a shiny piece of red weaponry. A fabled and powerful axe made of dragon.

Both adventurers had made a nice profit and of course they shared it with their hero Zaid. After a few more kills the two ran out of potions and they used a teleportation tablet to return to their homes safely. A successful trip had come to an ending.

Both continued their voyage to World 99 Edgeville, the meeting place for many fellow Tip.iters. There they say Zaid again, along with Sheynara, master of the hunt. Together they made the love diamond and a line of unity.

Pretty straightforward trip, where I lured my first Rex!

It went well without getting hit by Rexxie.

With the amount of potions our chances of a good trip also decreased, but luckily I got a Warrior Ring nearing the end of our trip.

My first drop at the Dagannoth Kings was there!

This reduced our losses, but we still didn't make a profit =(

At least we had fun =)

Sjakie died on trip 3 so I skipped that one and after 3 comes 4, so here you are :P.

Trip 4 went pretty well, we tried a 1900+ world first, but there was a team there already.

Next up was a 1.4k people world, and luckily for us it's empty :D.

We start maging but after a few kills another team comes in.

They turn to out to be dutch aswell and after some time they log (in the lair!) Their ranger didn't see the world and at this time sjakie gets an axe :D.

Finally his team found an empty world and he hopped.

Sjakie and I had an empty lair for the rest of the trip, but without anymore drops, except for a rockshell plate.

I disconnected once, but it was nothing serious.

Also notice the 2 health bars on the Dragon Axe screen.

One is mine, the other is from the other team's hybrid.

Trip with Sjakie again.

Sjakie had just returned from a trip with Welephant, which unfortunately was dry, so Sjakie was in need for a good trip.

We enter the lair, everything goes nice and smoothly, even without a suicider.

I started killing the first Rex and he dropped a Fremmenik Shield,not a good drop, but at least it was something.

A couple of kills later I got a pair of rockshell legs, my first ever, so I was quite pleased with it already.

We continued maging, sjakie got the most drops since his mage was higher. All of a sudden I get the drop, I look at it and see: Take Berserker Ring. I got all the rings Rex drops now :D.

We continue and some guy comes in. He was dressed in graahk with some monkfish and fire strike with him. How do I know, well, he died :P.

He was probably someone who just wanted to see the Kings, but I suppose he got more than he had hoped for. Luckily for us he didn't came near and ruined our trip.

We continued, Sjakie got a rockshell plate and donated it to me, so now I have a spare set sitting in my bank :D.

Not many things happened after, sold the zerker for 2.4M, so that's a 1.2 share each.

Wow, number 6 already, it's going fast!

Before the trip we realized it's could be update day today, so sjakie told me what to do if we happened to get an update.

Entering goes smoothly and rex is quickly killed, we both on our first kills.

After about 200 casts I think we get that yellow message, Sjakie told me we could do one more rex and although I was a bit skeptic we killed one more and got up the ladder in time.

After this we try to log back in, but the world we Deekayed in was offline...

Sjakie picks a new world and we start owning Rex once again.

I didn't get many drops, but the drops I did get were the best of the whole trip: 2 warriors.

Sjakie was pretty pissed at the end, since the only thing he was getting were rannnar weeds.

First DK trip with Sir_Hartlar:

Didn't look very well in the beginning, had a lurer after the first few kills, but we managed to get back in again. I (not sure about Hartlar) had already accepted a dry trip when he gets a Zerker on his last kill and saves the day!

My first ever Hybrid trip!

I must admit, I really liked it, it's gonna be hard choosing between maging and hybridding now. Even though my ranged is a little too low (78) I still managed to get some drops off Prime with diamond bolts, those things really rock. Hartlar got a Dragon Axe on the first kill and Sjakie got an Archers Ring and another Dragon Axe shortly after, 2.4m share for heph -smiles-. Too bad I didn't get any drops .

Duo Mage with Sjakie.

Last time I went on a duo mage trip was 2 weeks ago, but I still knew what to do.

The trip went well and after some time Sjakie got a Dragon Axe.

Things were looking promising.

Too bad there weren't any drops to follow the axe for a long time, untill Sjakie got a Warrior Ring at the end.

On one of what was supposed to be our final kills another team came in.

Sjakie quickly teled cause he didn't want to take any risks with two DK Drops in his inventory. The team apologizes and I tell them I'm going to tele aswell. I finish the final Rex, who dropped some swordfishes.

I tell the other team there are some swordies for them on the floor, they thank me and I tele. Pretty good trip overall.

My second ever hybrid trip. Hartlar maging again.

The trip didn't start very well, cause we had some bad supreme and rex spawns. But sjakie did manage to get an axe off Prime on the 3rd kill.

After a while everything started going smooth again, but without any drops. After a great trip, we do 2 more supreme kills, finishing up all our pots, first I get an Archers Ring, and the next kill Sjakie gets one, almost doubling our profits in less than 5 minutes! <3

MY FIRST EVER SOLO TRIP!

It went really well and I lasted for a long time for my first trip IMO =D

I also found out I seem to attract Warriors, 5 Warriors, 1 Zerker and 0 Axes from rex so far.

When Sjakie and I teled to Camelot, we both got a random lol:

Sjakie gets an axe from Prime pretty fast, followed by a Zerker for Wele.

After this Sjakie gets a Seers ring, still leaving heph dry.

After some more kills Prime drops me a Seers too, my first =D

Sjakie wanted to solo as well, so he went with us until the final ladder.

Robert did a great job suiciding and I got in without any trouble.

Even though the trip itself was dry, I'm pretty pleased about it, first time ever like everything went right and I didn't leave on piety for like 10 minutes, so that's a good thing lol. Due to this and the load of fooddrops I got, I managed to use both all my anti's and casts.

My first trip without using a suicider to get into the lair. First go didn't go very well, since Supreme was lurking near the ladder and the lair was taken =(. I hopped and luckily this world was empty and Supreme was also chilling with his brothers in the middle of the lair. I sneaked past and start killing rex. Here's the rare result of my second kill:

So I continue and another solo mage in guthan logs in at the spot rex is lol. I just lured Rex, so Rex went straightly on him. Luckily for him Rex decided to go after me instead. He logged shortly after ^.^ trip remained dry...

So, for the first time in history, Vold and I went to the DKs.

Our entrance didn't go really smooth, since Supreme was hugging the ladder a lil, but Vold got in eventually.

After a few kills a team comes in, they take prime with them, but luckily stay away from us. Then they start to mage Rex and get all drops... >.>

So we kindly asked them to leave, but they wouldn't, telling us were were crap etc...(for those wondering, yes, they were dutch..)

So we decided to hop, me trying to get past Supreme this time...

He was hugging the ladder a lot now, took me about half of my supplies to get in xD.

So now I was at 5 Brews, 5 Restores and 3 Superanti's.

Pretty pissed, we started swearing at Rex and didn't really stopped till we teled, great fun, I can really recommend it =P.

One of my best trips ever IMO, I'm improving every time =D

Lasted 1200 casts, which is pretty decent for Verac solo imo ^.^

About halfway though the trip another soloer came in, a Dutchman again.

He just walked to the safespot without Supreme or Prime on him, told me he would hope and wished me luck. I'm glad there are still some nice people left =)

1 Axe, 3 Zerkers and 7(!) Warriors now.

Yea, DKing on a Friday night probably isn't the smartest thing to do...

Zaid and I headed off to the ladder and Zaid still had to do some things when we got to the final safespot, so he logged for a couple of minutes.

While he was gone, another team got in, I and the other team agreed they would hop after they were in the lair, and luckily they really did that =)

Everything went great and I got my first drop of the trip:

Right after that another solo mage logged in and he decided to act like a jerk and lure rex on me, I just got 86 Magic before he did though =)

After that I decided that a cat and mouse game of luring D kings on eachother would probably kill my supplies and would kinda reduce my chance on another drop to 0%, so I hopped.

After the usual trouble getting in without suicider, I just decided to mage Rex with Prime on me, being glad Supreme wasn't looking when I sneaked past.

After a couple of kills a team of 2 mages comes in(company again...) but they were nice and hopped. The best part was that they also took Prime off me.

I continue maging, finishing my pots till I had around 1.5 of each left.

Then ANOTHER team came in, this time mage with hybrids. They were refusing to hop...so I hopped again, this time to the German world to finish my supplies in peace. xD

Somehow I managed to dodge both Supreme and Prime, yay!

I did 2 more kills and teled:

Yea, I got a lot of steel plates at the end...

4 man trip, with Shey and Wele maging and Sjakie and me hybridding.

We had a great entrance and the trip overall went smooth as well :D

The trip remained dry till the end where I got a Mudstaff, my first ever!

On my last Prime kill I got a sweet little red farewell present as well :D

The mages kept maging after the hybrids left and they got a Warrior and a Zerker, back to back as far as I know(or at least pretty quick after eachother).

They shared the rings with the hybrids, so we ended up with a nice 2M share.
