Seanthorn
Right, as i go for what i get my moneys worth.... I beleive buyign willows instead of Yews as u get more xp thru willows money wise. Example: (This is not the realy prices, but near!) Willows: 30ea Yews: 300ea I have 60k Buying 200 yews will get me 40kxp. Where buying 2k willwos will get me 180k xp! As i know its faster to just buy yews, but i'm poor. So i was wondering, is this like the best way for leveling firemaking up with limited money? oreocookie987
Go with Willows. They sell for 30 each and give 90 xp each, so spending 30k will get you 90k Firemaking xp. Yup, definitely Willows \ Edit: I made his siggy ^^ Expecting a good life because you're a good person is like expecting a bull not to charge because you're a vegetarian. Juanflores
if your low on cash why not cut the logs yourself then? willows are fast to cut barrows drops-my first ahrims top
Dark_Lord552
buy willows for 20 each while you are cutting willows. the people training there will sell. buy whatever amount they are selling. that way you buy your willows and wc them and get wc xp and save money Proud member of the Crimson Raiders1000 total lvl achieved on 4-17-07 -F2P
comedyguy
You would want to avoid yew fires anyway since they take a little longer than willows to light, and since they burn for longer thats more time you have to wait for the fire to die into ashes, then for that to dissapear before you can make more fires. 122 F2P combat

icecube
Another way to go about getting willows if you don't wanna cut or buy for 30 gp each.. Find a F2P world that has lots of willows stocked in its Varrock General store. Buy them for 12 gp each and burn them, then go back and buy more. Just another option. NJE03
Like others mention, with tight budget, cutting the willow yourself is ideal. Fast rate of obtain willow as well as good wc exp.
