If i should have "normal spells" i should go for

 

tb, charge, tangle and some staff from mage arena mini-game.

 

 

 

If i had Ancient i should go on with Ice Barrage and Ice Blitz:D

EDIT: Hmm I kind of misread the post... Ancients>normal because the only time I'm experiencing PK'ing magic is when I'm Abyss crafting. An dI really couldn't care less about being frozen, last time I was TB'ed and I saw 2 entangles splash on me. I'm so lucky :-w .

well i normally pk with melee but if i had to choose it would be ancients at mb 8-)

Under level 85 mage - Ancients

 

85 and Over - Normal

theres a few good ways

 

 

 

get a partner who can use ancients

 

first you or your partner uses tb then ur partner uses ancients for an almost 100% kill

 

 

 

OR

 

 

 

if u have 85 mage

 

use tb then entangle them

 

use 2 dds specs or use zammy/sara/guthix spells

 

then entangle if they run, and use dds specs to finish off

theres a few good ways

Yeah i heard this is the best way, but a friend with ancients always helps you get straight kills.

Well i'm always on ancients, have been for weeks. I get around to places I need to get to using tele tablets, and pk at MB with barrage/whip.

Ancients for some head exploding games of c wars. :twisted: But regular for everyday life. :)

I only use normal for teleing - or fast training in the form of alching.

Um, if your pking like above 30 wild or not near a tele place, I would use ancients since you don't need to worry about them teleing away. Mage Arena has those nets and such and you could freeze them before they could reach the lever. If your pking like under 30 wild, since ammys like glory can tele up to 30, it's pretty much better to bring normal. Since you could tb them and entagle, plus you get to use whatever god spell you want or dds them.

If you have a group, half acients, half normal. So they use teleblock.

Even though I don't pk much, I would go out with regular, no doubt about it. Teleblock is ftw. They usually take 1-2 seconds to click their teleport thing, and then when it doesn't work they don't know what to do... This is when you kill them with a 4 or something. :P

Yes, for a practically guaranteed kill, you need 2 mages, one with 85+ magic and normals, one with 94+ magic and ancients. Pretty obvious, the normal mage tb's, then uses charged god spells, ancient mage just uses ice barrage. Lol i dont think anything could survive that...

If I have normal magic on, I use tb, and maybe entangle, but I don't really bother.

 

 

 

If I have ancients, you gussed it... \

if you have 81+ mage and a mage pot, then normal magicks is good. if you are pking under level 20 wild, then sara strike/zammy flamez/guthix claws+TB+charge = pure ownage.

 

 

 

i got killed in 3 hits that way once.

well generally i like to use normals, just for the fact that you can tb abby pkers :twisted:

 

 

 

...but ancients are awesome lol

 

 

 

you get about 6 more sharks with ancients too

oh and just thought id add that alot of people hyperventilating over gods in <20 wild, have probs never tried it, cause you get rushed THE WHOLE TIME. its not pure ownage you do have to be very careful
