It's common knowledge for the free world players. Most people would rather buy their own law runes rather than having to kill for 1 law because it's a lot faster. There are both up/downsides to killing monsters for the runes and actually buying.

I don't like the coordinates of the Portal Chamber (7B) and chapel (12B). If you plan on doing gilded altar in the future then you should have those two rooms connected together by placing them upstairs. Bring the two Bedrooms on the 1st Floor to Ground. 7B --> 1A 12B -> 2A

Maul is slow, but it's only good for the spec. You are better off with a rune scimitar and kiteshield for the speed and defense. Ice Warriors hit very often.

Most Runescape players are too ambitious. We mainly focus on our wealth rather than having fun, playing the game as an experience. To add another example to your list --> holiday events: players expect a good tradable holiday event which has a possibility of becoming a discontinued item --> another example of wealth over experience (not talking about skill experience 8-) ).
