Then when you get close to 99 summon and want to hurry up with it then go back to bursting/barraging. P.S.S. When are you gonna come chill w/ me in f2p and let me borrow your blue? Wow. Just wow. I too am quite sick of the 1 item threads and dry threads. I have been DKing for over a year and I have had my ups and downs, dry trips and my lucky trips (3 solo dragon axes @ 3.2m each), but you don't see me posting 1 item trips or really any trips. I have made 3 DK topics in my history on Tif. [hide=My 3 topics]The first was after my first trip, and this post included my first Berserker ring along with the rest of my teams drops (so not just one drop). Also, the reason I posted that trip was because it was my first trip, I got my first drop, and I ended up soloing for the hybs after the other mage died. So to me this was a accomplishment because I soloed a zerker on my first trip. The second was my trip where I received 3 Dragon Axes solo. It was a great feeling when you get 3 drops valued at 3.2m gp each. I have seen threads of people getting 2-3 Dragon Axes, but other than Oropher, Skillz Ftw, and a handful of others (and their amazing trips), all have been duo or trio mages in Torag's. I understand some may not have the money but why would ANYONE trio mage. It is a complete waste of money. Yes, some people will say that "its my first trip", but trio is overkill if you want to learn do a trip with ONE friend and not two. The third trip I posted was of only 1 Dragon Axe. I had my reasons to post it though. The specific thread was not about the drop itself, but about my persistence in waiting for it. I was over 650 Rex's dry and closing in on 700 (unless you count rock-shell (30k) or dragon med (80k)) I had not had a Warrior, Berserker, or Dragon Axe. So I felt the topic was worthy of a post. Here are the second 2 pictures. The first was on my original laptop which was fried by a power surge. 3 Dragon Axes: I understand I am in Verac's with Magic Dart and a Nez helm. This was when I was quite new to DKing and could not afford Guthan's. Also, I was solo maging so I had no one to pick up stuff if I died. The Granite shield is because of cost if lost and it has the same defensive stats at an Obsidian shield. 1 Dragon Axe (Broke dry streak): I know I am in Verac's here too. At this time I would switch out Verac's and Guthan's maging because of a) time to do trip, B) how many casts I planned on using. Until I went F2p a few weeks ago all solo trips or mage trips for hybrids were conducted in Guthan's, Fury, Seers ring, Infinity boots, Infinity Gloves (I don't quest so no barrows), Dragonfire Shield, Zamorak/Guthix cape, and God Staff.[/hide] The hidden part of this post is just back-up for myself in case someone said "you've posted 1 item threads in the past so you have no room to talk." Zach, It has been great getting to know you over the past year and a half. I know I made you mad some, but in the end you have always been a great friend. I hope you will get on to dance and chat with me some since no one else will come to w7 to do that (Yeah f2p fails).
