Yes you can use sara cape, thats why i use, and trip length depends on your prayer/range level. I last about 2 hours on 20 pray pots with 64 range. 20 pots cost like 160k i make about 600-750k on a trip, so subtract the 160k and divide by two = 220k-300k per hour for me profit! thanks, dwarve p.s. thanks for posting my vid on here jordan =)
