I don't really think accounts have a fixed luck rate, just how lucky you normally are. That would make the game interesting. Have numbers from 1 to 10 assigned to an account on creation and input that into all formulas.

How did you get hit by that? was I the only player who didnt take ANY damage throught the crystal spikes part? I got hit once on purpose because I wanted to see what they did. I'll admit i didnt see them at first and and ended up standing in place, losing 50 damage before i realized anything I got hit a few times and had to be careful on my way back because i couldn't take any more damage.

Well yesterday I didn't really have a chance to do it, so I did the quest today. The puzzle was confusing at first because they didn't really explain it, they just left you to guess. After I got that first one from messing around I figured out what I needed to do. I feel cheated though. It says it was a grandmaster quest but it didn't come close to the difficulty of mep2.
