It depends of a crime and background. Age means nothing if committer of crime is human waste. Since early days of mankind theres been scum that would rather stay in dark than in light, ones that should stay away from civilized societys by any means possible.

I see many guides saying that revenants drop those, over 40 killed without anything else but coins. I would like to get confirmation to this, so pictures please ;)

jagex could propably remove some of randoms from iron dragons. They did remove random events from dagannoth kings few weeks after I sent query to them. I got that box event at there way too many times, at most I had 30ish boxes in my inv.

First and second one were great, I did not like rest of those. I don't know if its series getting worse or my taste getting more hardcore, of this genre august underground was great one in my opinion.

You could try to get started by mining some rune ores and selling them, with a bit more wealth godwars is solid option for adept fighter like you.
