Who cares if he rips. This is his original work, be a bit nicer guys.. No point in flaming him on work that is his own. On topic: It does need some work, and the cars are bad quality. Try re-doing it and re-posting the finished product.

I thought you would be posting on this topic :D. Yeah, the Anime was a spur of the moment decision. I need to find a good Tutorial on blending images with the background. I only got GIMP two days ago 8-) Thanks for the C+C Mit.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I will definently be doing more. I need to work out how to blend images into the background. The background was done with a few custom brushes, and the color balance tool. I will learn how to blend, and get back to you on it. Thanks again.

Constuctive Critiscism would be nice, I am currently using GIMP for all of my projects. Yes I am lacking in the details, but just give me an idea of how I am doing.

To let you know, Jagex Mods can change thier stats, spawn items, and pretty much do anything they want..

(70 Thief, 76 Fishing, 80 Cooking, Buy a Santa *Don't ask why*, 70 FM, among others.) Anyway, to get back on topic, very nice bank great stats.. 9.99/10 *No one is perfect :wink:
