Tch... I've read through the thread, and now I'm feeling nothing but sick and gravely depressed inside. Jagex has basically got rabid loyalists who can't see properly past their nose, now fighting with their fellow community members on fansites like this. ^ This. :geek: I used to get 12 to 30 fps before Dominion Tower. Since then, I get maybe 2 to 12 fps. What's worse is that Dominion Tower broke a whole ton of legit user accounts temporarily, both f2p and p2p. :( And soon, Jagex plans on taking f2p off the RuneScape High Score List, even with both legit F2P and most legit P2P being totally against it. This is going to kill f2p's stat lookups, self-tracking, stat signatures, stat calculators, and a whole bunch more. Heck, I personally used them as somewhat of an anti-hack measure, even though they were on public display to anyone who wished to look me up. Tch... I got a better idea, Tripsis. Instead of TET just becoming concentrated on one thing, split them into two teams! Make part into a TPT (Tip.It Party Team) and the other part into a TMHT (Tip.It Monster-Hunting Team) in order to handle both crowd-types of players. I really liked when the TET did many different, wacky, party-type things, and before one of the PCs here went down, I would even jump in on some of those events. Hi, Sydan. When it comes to Dungeoneering, I'm one of those who like to do 100% complete floors without dying. (e.g.: everything gathered and used, resources/drops/etc., and resources are stocked after every room before hitting the boss just in case... result = 125% exp gained) Unluckily, I haven't found anyone that slows down for people who like to go all Magic for their combat. (yes, *gulp*, me-in-a-nutshell) This results in my having to do c6 floors solo, even small ones, causing me to take 1.5 hours per complete dungeon (used to be as slow as 2.5 hours) at my fastest because I'm doing it all myself. Compared to some of what I hear, that could almost be considered embarrassing, but that's as fast as I can go for solo times. :-( I'll admit, I would like to get into a large group where I can operate as just a stationed skiller at the first room during the dungeon, and then lend combat help for the boss at the end after all the other rooms are done. I'm currently facing an exp cap at combat 90, and I'm currently doing my dead-level best to avoid getting hit by it. (I'm currently cb 85, 100% f2p earned, and wishing I was still cb 75 or something like that.) At this point, it's also nearing where I need to avoid racking up combat exp for a while. So if anyone wants a skiller who doesn't get into much combat, I'd like to help, seeing as I've got the levels for all f2p stuff in Dungeoneering. |^_^| ~Mr. D. V. Soa, just one last thought from me... Make a version alongside what you're currently doing that has the non-insignia'd area of the runes looking a bit more like rune essence. It would be sort of like how the runes look in-game after you've RC'ed them. :) Other than making sure it provides an extra option, Jagex will not get one of those all-or-nothing impressions from the idea when you send it in. Plus, they will see how they might integrate it with everything that they currently have. |^_^| And before I seem like I'm just being a pessimist, I must honestly say that I think the direction you've already gone in looks rather fantastic as-is. It even gives me an idea on how Jagex might improve their in-game animations for both high-alch and low-alch, which I've always thought might have been lacking a little. :shades: ~D. V.
