  3. I can speak English fluently, in my younger years i used to be able to speak Hindi fluently. Now i can only write it fluently. XD I have a hard time getting the words out, and Marathi and basic Konkani. :-#

  15. :P I tried out a new exercise i saw today, well its really simple, drag the preacher bench to the machine and curl. But it works well, alot easyer than useing a bar or weights. \ As its easyer on the wrist.
  16. Benching only shows chest strength. Not arm or back or shoulder or leg strength. But yes, just start slow, dont go and drasticly change your life, try doing cardio on a treadmill or a track say 20-25 minutes a day to start off. Cut the pop processed foods and non-healthy fats out of your diet. Dont expect dramatic changes, and have some patience and faith in yourself. \ :

  18. In grade 2, this was after a concert practice for school on a sunday we ran out to the slides and I pooped in my pants, i hid under the slide and cried whilst he ran to the office to tell them. XD Then i moved and havent seen or talked to him since. Oh the good ole days.

I can agree with the whole there are too many myths things, but I also feel like adding take some peoples adivce to heart, i have a teacher in my school who also uses the weight room, hes taught me ALOT, and corrected me alot, and its helped dramaticly. I always love to hear peoples ideas about whats right and wrong in weightlifting. Sometimes I find it to be true, i suppose its a process of trial and error to find what works for the individual. Today i worked out on Tri/Bi Ceps. For some reason im lacking the soreness after. :( Even though im pushing myself as much as I can. #-o Ill be doing chest and shoulder tomorrow. \ And now for my latlest question. Protien shakes! Worth the money? Yeah well come on, this is Tip.it forums, I can assure you almost everyone is exaggerating, same thing always happens on the "how tall are you?" threads. I also agree about the meatheads, those guys with the big arms, fat guts and tiny legs, they look really funny, especially when you realize they think they actually look good strutting around with their chest out. Agh I've always hated the huge thigh muscles. They bother me to no end. I dont mind huge cafs, but i cant stand people with huge legs. + I Just bought a book off a friend, Arnolds encylopedia to bodybuilding, good stuff. Any book/website reccomendations ?

  22. What the hell do you curl? 1 lb. dumb bells? I could probably do 100 with 15's. :L XD My friend and I decided to go head to head on the incline bench with situps today only halfsies though, hit my all time record. He motivated me to push to 500. \ I wish i had enough strength to go on a steady diet. I want this extra fat GONE. And if you're a pink ball, use this for your cardio workout! Rollerblading, in a thong. In public. =P Dude, do it all in the same day. Trust me, it helps. Repitition is the key. I try and superset things as much as I can :). + LMAOLMAOLMAO. Random brown guy rollerbladeing in a thong. XD
  23. Thanks for all the help. :) I use the gym at my school so its only open for an hour after school from monday to thursday. This is what my current schedule looks like. Monday - Shoulders + Back Tuesday - Biceps + triceps / an hour of cardio. Wednesday- Chest + Legs Thursday - Biceps + triceps + shoulders + back Friday - Rest Sat - Cardio Sun - Rest My cardio compises of running some Rugby drills by myself for about an hour or so. I've also discovered i need to work my torso everyday to get the fat off. The muscles alredy there, just need the fat off. My arms are pretty built for a 16 year old if i say so myself. For some reason though i love working my shoulders/neck. + Ive been wondering, when benching, people say that on the incline bench it works the upper pecs more. So i was thinking, maybe i should bench on flat bench first and then the incline until muscile faliure? + I've been looking through a few books on body building and they seem to mention cutting and bulking alot, any definitions for those? Now im scared of Goddess. :ohnoes:
