You also need a drop from a dragon, don't know what the item is called and I'm too lazy to look it up. So no, it's not just Dragon Slayer. And why would anyone want to restore the d sq? We also need items for the less fortunate people. Its called Dragons Visage, but still for such a good item, its such an easy quest. I agree with that, using the Dragon Square as a base for the new shield would mean Legends right? Thought it maybe wouldn't have the special effect and charging capabilities that it has this way...

If you really don't want to do too much herblore and don't mind questing you could do Edgars Ruse and A Small Favour to get a massive xp boost(that's what I did :P)
