Yeah, I've had that happen to me before, but with Lesser Demons. I am pretty sure it only happens when you use a Dragon Hally. I already reported it to Jagex : It also happens when a monster gets hit by a player and a cannon at the same time. Has happened to me, and I don't use a cannon.
