Sorry, but you haven't got a hope. At my wc, I could get 100k yews in about a 2.5 months (10 weeks). So realistically, your looking at atleast 6 months at your wc.

I got 99 fletching, and that killed the game for me, so I took a week break and came back.

If blood crafting came out, I would get from 76-77 in a night and then make bloods en masse, thank you. I know there are some who are in the position where they could make Bloods, but realistically there are so few that could.
