No. The correct spelling is gilded. And there's no "u"--there's a "u" in the word "guild", but that word is a noun, and has an entirely different meaning (as in "Cooking Guild"). Yes, you learn how to get into the Shipyard during the Grand Tree Quest, but I don't believe you actually need to do the quest to get in. That is, IF you know the password. So before you do the quest, go to the shipyard and try to get in. When the worker asks for the password, select these: ka-lu-min That's it. And it just might turn out that you HAVE to do the quest before you can get in. But try this first.

There's nothing you CAN do to get a mime, it's completely random. I've been playing for a long time, and I've never even gotten ONE yet! And if I believe what I read in these forums, some people have gotten mimes lots of times. So random means random. There's no special event that you need to do or skill that you need to spend time increasing to get a mime. You either get one or you don't. You can read about mimes in our Random Events Guide.

Not in your inventory means not in your inventory. In the bank doesn't count, and neither does wearing a treasure trails item. If you're wearing a treasure trails item (like trimmed armour), it's not in your inventory.

NO, the mime is NOT P2P only. And obviously, if you can get a mime in F2P, the mime clothes are not P2P only.

Just Southwest of the Ardougne Zoo, to the Northeast of the large Monastery from the Monk's Friend Quest start. Look here:

You can get coordinates clues for level 2 AND level 3 clues. But level 2 clues don't lead to coordinate locations in the wildnerness, nor to areas where high-level quests are required to get there (e.g. Zharazi Jungle, Isafdar). And, when digging on level 3 coordinates clues OUTSIDE the wilderness, a Saradomin Wizard will ALWAYS appear. This doesn't happen on level 2 clues.

Right near the middle of the southern fence there's a spot you can "climb-over fence". It looks like a gate (a red line) on your mini-map. If you've tried that and it still won't let you over, then yup, you need to start Gertrude's Cat. You don't have to finish the quest if you don't want to. You only need to do up to the part where you speak to either Shilop or Wilough in Varrock Square Market. Once you pay them 100gp and they tell you that their secret playground is at the lumberyard, you will be able to enter the lumberyard. But if you go through the trouble of doing that, you may as well finish the quest. You'll need a cat for the Icthlarin's Little Helper quest anyway.

Use your sextant to pintpoint the EXACT spot. That's what it's for! And by the way, you DO have a sextant, don't you? If you do have one, is it in your inventory along with your watch, chart AND clue? If you don't have a sextant or you don't have it with you, you won't find anything, no matter how much you dig. Read FAQ #1. in the Treasure Trails Guide for more information.

Have you tried the Treasure Locator tool in the Treasure Trails Guide? Just enter the coordinates (and yes, those are valid) and you'll be shown thee location on the world map.

Do the Priest in Peril Quest. One of the rewards for completing the quest is access to Morytania and the town of Canifis.

It's in Mort Myre Swamp, across from the Digsite on the opposite shore of the River Salve. Use the Treasure Locator on this page. Enter your coordinates, and the location will be shown to you on a little map. Compare this to the world map to find the spot you should go to. Once you're in the general area, use your sextant to pinpoint the exact spot you need to dig.
