To be quite frank with you, I have NEVER seen a wildy rant from an older, mature adult in a detailed, informative, thought provoking manor with impeccable grammar and a good grip of the issues surrounding the change. Mainly because anyone who has done so, like myself, came to the realization that the change was unquestionably for the greater good. If you have a link to a rant like this, I'd like to see it - but until then, I'm going to assume that teens, not mature adults, are making most of the barely ledgeable "bring wildy back! riot in varrock square world 31!" threads.

I'd agree with that, except I'm (mostly) conservative so I'm not allowed to. People have a hard time dealing with the fact that an extremely mathematics\scientific'proving' type of guy like me is both fairly conservative and deeply religious :?

Apparently someone didn't realize that teenagers are immature too. Adulthood begins at 18, maturation is completed at age 25. I'm talking about people over 25 here. I have a small piece of news for you: it's a fairly well accepted fact that the brain matures as a human grows older. Depends which arguement your talking about. From a "overpowered vs. underpowered" argument, yes, I believe that the power creep has gone too far and our high end weapons are overpowered. But from the slash vs. stab vs. crush argument, there's only going to be ONE best weapon. That happens to be whip at the moment, and if you make another weapon the best for a certain situation, it's going to be that way period.

Explain 'immature in different ways'. Mature is defined as fully developed physically and able to react to situations in an appropriate manner; I don't see any part of that that could be interpreted differently in adults.

It's a nice theory, but it's wrong. Here's the example I'll use: Take a room full of 30 year olds, and a room of 10 year olds. Which room do you expect to be smarter and more mature? Point proven. Yeah, there's a few exceptions to the rule, but it's simple biology - the younger you are, the dumber and less mature you are. You can provide examples countering this all day long, but at the end of the day it's an unquestionable fact.

Get over yourself. The only real restrictions are the trade limit, and with the GE I honestly can't see many situations where it would even affect you. In exchange, you've gotten a game with a massive number of updates and a vastly improved system. Jagex is a business, and they made some smart business decisions in order to keep most of their customers. It's not 'you vs. them', it's 'you deciding if you want to give them your money'. If you don't, please leave and don't come back. If you do, feel free to keep playing and be glad they made the changes for the good of the game.

Shall I spell it out for you, oh wise one? First of all, the only way it would work is if Jagex set the EXACT price limit for EVERY item, saying you can loan out x item for y per hour, no less, no more. Given a few incidents with price controlling and how players react, I doubt this would make anyone any happier. Now, let's get this concept of RWT through your head. According to your scheme, I could loan my AGS out for 1/5 of GE price, or 13m. So I put an offer up in the GE for "LOANING AGS 1 HOUR 13M!!!". Now is anyone in his right mind going to take it? Of course not! But if I want to RWT, I can pay a company to 'borrow' it in order to give me my 13m. It can be done with smaller ticket items too - a BGS can still be loaned out for 4m an hour, and I can do whatever I want (including log out) during that hour.

Avansies don't beat 1m an hour, but they come reasonably close with the right techniques and stats (hint: 99 range and 88 summoning are a must). GWD does, however - look at my signature for examples. DKS is also over 1m, and merching also makes me a nice daily profit with virtually no time spent on it.
