  1. Here's some more higlights of his reign: Some of the more hilarious ones, anyway. We are. :P You should go on Wikipedia and look at the monument he built for himself. It's 300 feet high and has a solid gold statue of him on top that rotates 360 degrees every day so that it always faces the sun. As for heirs, I would be worried that his kids are even more messed up than he was. :uhh:
  2. I think that was originally just the Rose Cross. But it is identical to the Zaros symbol, accidentally or purposely? Hmm. I don't think people can find the topic since I changed the name. Now it's Investigating the Wise Old Man.
  3. Now that you're no longer answering questions, you won't mind if I say "I am WAY smarter than you are and infinitely better looking!" will you?
  4. Sounds like... You think the mole might have been WOM? I mean, the Zamorak mages could have bought him off. WOM seems pretty obsessed with wealth (see: bank robbery), so he probably could have been bribed easily.
  5. If it IS for you, you should show a lot of gratitude to your mom and thank her. Since she's going through a hard time, it would mean the world to her to know that she made her son happy. Just do it for her. It will make her feel great. But it might not be for you, so just wait and see.
  6. I forgot to say something about that. Obviously he is well trained in lunar magics. I'd like to know if he knows anything about ancient magics. Anyone (members) know? Here's what confuses me. Lunar magics was only released to the public, what, four months ago? WOM must have obviously been involved in lunar magics for a long time before that, since he's been living in Draynor for about a year. That means he was in contact with the Moon Clan before anyone knew they existed. That brings me to two points. 1. WOM has traveled the world trying to gather as much information on magic as he possibly can. I think this woud reinforce the theory that WOM is angry at the wizards in the tower (possibly for its secret society or something else) and wants to know more about magic than they do, either to show them up or destroy them. 2. WOM knew lunar magics even BEFORE the Moon Clan did, and he taught the Moon Clan about it. This would mean that WOM was at one time the only known human to know lunar magics. What does that mean? He's the best mage on earth, possibly ever. I'm really sold on the secret society theory here. It seems to take root in just about all of WOM's actions.
  7. (i'm Ovu) He must be a good dancer, because he just danced around all of my questions. Sigh... News flash: The Cold War is over. The KGB doesn't exist anymore. Everything about the KGB from the Soviet Union is now out in the open for everyone to see. We know all about things that were secrets then, and they aren't secrets anymore because there's no reason to keep them secret, since the KGB doesn't exist anymore... I'm still curious to know why stealing top secret documents gets you a promotion but asking a question gets you killed. Just don't argue with him any more. He's more dense than the desk I'm sitting at. Actually I DO know how hard it is to get trust there. Not hard at all. Know why? Because it doesn't exist anymore. I'm starting to think that he time travelled from the 70s and still thinks the Cold War is happening.
  8. Let's look at some facts. Malignus can summon ghosts, skeletons, undead things, and most often fungi. Frumscoe can summon zombies, the dark wizards can summon a freaking demon, Grayzag can summon imps. I'd say that of all these summoning groups, the dark wizards are the most advanced, in that they can summon the strongest (I think). However, Malignus isn't to far behind them because he can summon a large variety of things (I was thinking, does he summon those elemental wizards that follow him around?) This is turning into a little Cold War, "who's going to get the bomb first" kind of deal. Malignus is the way to go with summoning, in my opinion. I wouldn't underestimate Jagex to throw in some masonic thing into the game. :P The've got the Temple Knights (Templars) already. They might even be trying to move in a different direction entirely.
  9. his response to you... This kid is seriously jacked up. I don't know what fantasy world he lives in, or what he's smoking, but to think that the dissolution of the Soviet Union was an extension of WWII is ridiculous. Here's how it goes: Attempted coup against Gorbachev, it fails, all 15 Soviet republics unanimously declare independence, the Soviet Union is gone forever. There was no war in the Baltic states. Russia didn't try to take over anybody. And Prussia has not existed for 89 years. Once again, they did not. The KGB had what is called "Line X" which was responsible for the security of scientific secrets of the Soviet Union. They had no scientists. They spied on the scientists so they wouldn't give away secrets. Duh. Ask him if he knows what organization the KGB started as, and have him trace its development from its conception without looking it up. I bet you he can't. And the KGB and all of its predecessor organizations maintained the same code and system, even today in the Russian Federation's new intelligence branch. Whoa! Major backpedalling! He FIRST said that the involvement with "aliens" began DURING WWII, BEFORE the 50s. So either he was lying then or he's lying now. And he's definitely the first "European" I've heard of to have this "perspective." And I forgot to mention that families weren't allowed to enter the KGB together. So his claim of "much of his family" being in the KGB is totally false. Ask him where he lived. Exactly where he lived when he was in "Europe." And ask him if he knows what the acronym KGB even means, without looking it up. I'll bet he doesn't know.
  10. Russia FTW. But really...Canada offends far fewer people.
  11. How about the whole cast of both "Pirates" movies while you're at it? :P
  12. Ha! Ha ha! First off, if this kid had truly known anything about what he's talking about, he would know that the KGB was not created until 1954, well AFTER WWII ENDED. Second, the KGB had no "engineering" department. The Soviet Union had special military scientists, of course, but if any of them had any direct link to the KGB it was for the sole purpose of spying on the other scientists, making sure that they didn't give any secrets away to America or Britain, NOT for doing any research or engineering at all. The KGB's spies never actually did any scientific work, completely contrary to this story. Third, if his "grand dad" had really kept "memos" in "files" from his "job," he would have been killed, no question. Seriously, deliberately taking files and documents from a Soviet miltary engineering institute? I've gotta hand it to his "grand dad," he's really got some balls. Such a blatant and obvious violation would have earned him, and probably his whole family, a permanent stay in the Hotel Lubyanka. Such stupidity. Nobody had better mess with the REAL KGB!
  13. 2 things I've kinda noticed. 1st, the arrangement of rocks NE of Falador. I noticed that each "rock" is actually 1 large rock with a string of progressively smaller rocks protruding out from it, making an arrow-type form. I drew the rocks in MS Paint and connected them based how these "arrows" pointed at each other. It was a peculiar design at first, but I later noticed some resemblence between it an the constellation Canis Major (Pic). In Greek mythology, Canis Major is Orion's dog. It was assigned to guard the goddess Europa, but Zeus, taking the form of a bull (Taurus), got by Canis Major and abducted Europa. Anyone else see a correlation? Canis Major = Zaros? Zeus/Taurus = Zamorak? Zamorak tricking Zaros? Zamorak's symbol, after all, bears a significant resemblance to bull's horns, eh? 2nd, in WOM's house, he has a bunch of emerald necklaces. I know that when you enchant an emerald necklace, it helps you in making combination runes. I imagine combination runes will be needed for summoning, and WOM wants them during the Swan's Song quest.
  14. I found some rocks but they didn't say that when I examined them.

Got accepted to both colleges I applied to back in October. Scholarship application also got sent in in October, already starting to see money trickle in...yep, I'm good.
  16. That's part of a members quest. I've been thinking about the true nature of the wizards in the tower. We've all been questioning whether they are true followers of Saradomin, or secretly pro-Zamorak, or if they are part of the secret society. So I took a look back to when the Wizard's Tower got invaded by Zamorakian mages. The history in the knowledge base says that there was some meeting between Sara's and Zammy's mages, but Zammy's mages "betrayed" them and they destroyed the Tower. I'm convinced that Zamorak's mages had an inside man in the Tower that let them in. I'm not sure right now, but that "mole" could easily have been Traiborn. The Mole: RS.

    Several times.
  18. Good findings. Are you saying that WOM is part of the secret society or the Wizards Tower wizards are? Actually the Knights Templar came before the Freemasons, the Freemasons were created after the Templars had begun to be persecuted, allowing Templars to go underground. I know because I'm a blood descendant of one of the creators of the Templars. :D
  19. In the book about his life, it says he lived in Varrock until he was 15.
  20. There are a lot of curious things about the Wizards Tower. On one of the floors the torches on the walls are made of human skulls exactly like the ones in the Zamorak temple in SE Varrock. And yes, I was thinking the same thing about Traiborn. He has some peculiar artifacts in his little room, like a dragon head... I wish Jagex would pay more attention to WOM! :x
  21. Yeah, some of those we've already looked in to. But the pentagon thing is interesting.
  22. I don't want any elementary school science fair grade polonium man! Vladimir Putin hand-delivers mine!
  23. Send them to the front lines where they can do the most damage.
  24. Certiainly not little old me. Although I can get my hands on some polonium...I mean, puppies...that I can use to poison...I mean, overjoy...my political enemies. Not that I'm threatening you...or any of my other political enemies. :-w :anxious: You should take the temperature of the focal point. I'm curious to know.
