All the worlds are equally swamped eventually but I suppose with PC groups that have higher requirements, more high levels will be in those worlds. Like Heart Returns would probablly have better worlds than Affliction or Heart Unit because they have a 110+ CB requirement. Click the banner on my sig for Heart Unit's forums. Actually only 6 levels max. It gives either -2 or +2 times the number of spices added, and max is 3 spices of each colour. That's the max though, it could give anywhere from 0 to that max in each skill it effects. He's fine with his level. He only needs level 65, and has 59.

Ya, spicy stew made from spices (Evil Dave's basement, frmo killing hellrats) could give you 65 smithing. You would need stews with 3 orange spices to get the max bonus of +6, so you could get 65 smithing from 59. I used it to get to 65 from 60 as well ;), and the 57 herblore requirement as well for the FairyTale part 2 quest.

It was hard for those who were unprepared, like me. I use quest guides, and it said nothing really about any tough boss so I underestimated him. He almost owned me with his stupid teleporting and magical flying objects/crane.

Same here, at the same levels too :shock: . Brought 11 lobsters (that's all I had in my bank) and thought I would be set. Oh how wrong I was... beat him with ~20 hp.

North of the chaos altar in the wildy there are black unicorns. It is multi-combat, so watch out for pkers, but you do not need to take your best armour to fight a unicorn do you? ;) So it's all good. Also, at Entrana there are 3 or 4 unicorns. It's far from any bank, so you'd have to either Glory to Draynor, or use the new nifty hot air balloon network.

Well thieving doesn't really involve combat, unless you count the guards that sometimes attack you if they catch you. I don't know about herblore, besides buying herbs.

A counter would be perfectly legal. It doesn't provide him with any advantages in gameplay over other players. Keep in mind, not all third party programs are illegal, just discouraged.
