I'd reccommend Discontinued Item forum on the main rs site. You may not like it, but it'll give you fastest responses IMO.

At larger quantities (usually 5k+, sometimes even 1k+) you can sell bowstrings for 170-200 each.

For mining, either powermine granite and powermine/bank iron (Yanille for banking). For crafting, you have several options. Cowhides - Buy or kill cows and craft coifs. Jewerly - Buy sapphires and mine/buy gold. Then smelt and craft into rings of recoil. May be hard to sell the rings, and hard to find mass gem sellers. Flax - Buy or pick flax and spin into bowstrings. A lot of profit can be made from this, but it'll be a bit slower to train crafting. Still worth it IMO though. Pot Lids - Mine clay and the crafting guild and make pot lids there.

I found at Shilo I could average more fishing exp than at monkfish though.

Well fly fishing at Shilo is fastest exp, even faster than monkfishies. Little proft is to be made here Monkfishes do sell for more though, and still give fast exp.

Ya flax does take a long time but it's very good money. I actually did flax from around 64-68 crafting. I have enough to get to 70, and I'm working on that now. You could also level crafting through glassblowing. Either vials for money, unpowered orbs for future battlestave crafting or lantern lenses for best exp. If you've done Hand in the Sand, the 84 buckets of sand each day will come in handy. You can buy the seaweed/soda ash at the Charter Boats south of Catherby.

Well there are several items in-game already that could be used in Hunting since they currently have no use. Those could be worth stocking up.

I personally never pick pineapples, except for the ones I grow. I buy them at the Charter Boat areas. Closest one to a bank would be Catherby. This is probablly faster but will require a lot of world hopping. Not expensive either.

Yes, you only gain exp once per tree, and that's when it has fully grown. Or do you mean when do you check if it's fully grown. I usually check every 4 or 5 hours for trees, and overnight for fruit trees.

Willows for speed (Rimmington or Draynor). I don't recommend yews because of all the autoers, but if you do need money... they're your best bet, but it'll take ages to get 99 woodcut that way.

Good idea but I'm already set with imageshack. I've got a firefox extension that makes uploading with imageshack easier, and already a Image-Zoom extension. Too much trouble for me to go through and change to google now. I may use it for signatures though :

You have to talk to Daero and "finish" monkey madness and get the exp to advance further in the RFD Subquest. It's tough luck for pures. That's one of the reasons why most pures can only get up to mith gloves.

Actually, I'm not only stocking up to gain a "few more exp" (as you said) but also to supply those who did not stock up on anything and take advantage of their wants/needs and charge lots-o-money for my supplies, thereby making lots-o money depending on how well I stock up.

he could powermine iron in yanille, i heard its really close to the bank... That wouldn't be powermining, more like banking iron. But yes, the mining spot northeast of Yanille is best for banking iron.

It'll most likely be similar to the release of Construction but not as drastic because hunting is not a moneysink like Construction.

Yes willow branches are tradeable. I do not know the max branches per tree, but every 5 minutes the tree will gain 1 branch (this is not visible). When you prune all the branches, it'll tell you to wait for it to grow more. Yes apples from apple trees are the same as cooking apples, and are tradeable.
