dont think this's for woodcutters.. as icecube mentioned he's buying oak logs for construction. anw lumbridge's a nice place to buy willows for firemaking. Ya the only use for the logs in the shop is firemaking, construction and perhaps even merchanting. I'm not too sure why people sell them to the shop, but maybe it's because they don't know selling prices for the logs. You can buy willows at lumby or varrock for firemaking for only 12gp each. Not too bad if you don't want to cut your own. Oak logs are great for construction cause they're plentiful and good experience. You could also merchant willows/oaks by buying them in the shop, willows are 12gp, oaks are 6gp, then selling for their usual prices.

Pest Control has fast exp. Since it's a mini-game you won't get any drops but you do get coins per game (Combat Level * 10).

As most people probablly know, lots of F2Pers sell their normal, but mainly oak and willow logs to the general store in Varrock. It's usually stocked with a couple thousand of each. I'm currently buying oak logs for construction, and was wondering if there were any other general stores closer to bank with similar amounts of logs? And do P2P general stores ever have those amounts of logs?

Buying them is technically the fastest way, seeing you can get hundreds with a single trade.

Don't do that. Do the Miscellenia quests and put 100% on maples and 50% on something of your choice. You'll get just under 900 maples a day and then can sell the nests, seeds and whatever else you put the 50% on. You'll probably make a profit and get the logs for free basically. He's F2P

I've seen people in there with only 40+ range. You will still be able to kill them but your arrows will show up and people may steal them because it will take a bit to kill them.

dude, if ur gonna burn 63k yews, ur a freaking idiot. they sell for 15.75 mill, from which you could buy all the willows to replace the yews and have tonnes of spare He wouldn't be an idiot for burning them, just someone determined to get fast firemaking exp. Some people are willing to give up money to get that speed.

Well first start off fishing shrimp and anchovies (w/e), until you can fly fish (level 20). You can also bait fish in between, I don't know if it's a lot faster or not. Fly fishing is one of the fastest exp methods possible, Barbarian Village for F2P or Shilo for P2P. If you use all 10k feathers from level 20, you will be at least level 66. Possibly level 67 or 68 even.

There are no randoms in-game at Castle Wars. You can also no longer high alch in the minigame, and I don't think you can even bring in noted items to alch.

P2P or F2P? In P2P the gold vein from the quest, "Between a Rock..." (using a gold helmet) has lots of gold. If you have the Ring of Charos (u) you could mine gold there, get out of the vein, run east to the ferry man and have him bank your gold for you. He will take some of your gold ore though, but the Ring of Charos (u) will allow you to select an option where he will take less.

Is that going to be a mage pure? If not, you could make it a 20 def pure and it would still work well at high levels.

Well if you're dropping them at Barbarian Village then I would say willows are faster exp. In P2P I would think fly fishing at Shilo would be faster exp seeing the bank is right there anyways.
