Actually, just about anyone can be a noob. The definition of noob is different than newb, which what most people are thinking of. Newb means new blood or a new player, anything to that extent. Ya I'm pretty sure you can. I think I saw a level 48 do it earlier when I was training at Crandor. I usually follow them in case they need help (extra food).

There is a BlackJack seller in the town (one in the desert, can't recall name) from The Fued quest. They only work on citizens of that town, not any other people.

Are you sure you can speak to the Monks? For them all I only have the Attack option... You could in RSC. Hmmm, but I don't think I've tried it in the present version of RS... yes you can speak to monks. they will heal you =D> so, they are good training for lower levels. but i don't think that monks have to do with zammy wines :-k They're talking about Monks of Zamorak, not the saradomin pacifist monks.

Willows are probablly fast enough already at your woodcutting level. You can probablly sell willows for 25-35 each.

If you want to get the message when people try to use a teleother spell on you or cure you using Lunar magic, then turn it on. If you don't want the pop-up window, and you may accidently click it when you don't want to, turn it off.

If you're F2P you could cut willows/yews to get some money. Mining runite is probablly one of the best ways, but that would take a while to powermine to the level required. You could also try coal.

Just as a sidenote, I've seen many many rare scammers in my days. They just put their rares on a level 3 skiller or just a plain noob and go scamming. Skillers are more convincing though.

Runescape is part of life too... some people just happen to focus a little too much on the virtual aspect of life.

It will disappear. Just as a sidenote, the counter for number of uses is connected to your character not to the ring. So selling it after 139 uses won't help, your next use will destroy whatever ring of forging you use.
