i checked the steel legs respawn a while ago and unless someone took the legs and a glitch made them not respawn in over 10 minutes it isnt ther anymore - steel plates are still in center of lava maze though

something cheaper would be zammy robes i guess but initiate isnt all bad its just a fake god its not like u can hate something that doesnt exist... i would get over hating sara and just get initiate if i wer u

never post twice! ok, mine clay at the mine south of falador until you hav a full load then use buckets of water on the clay you get to make soft clay now take your soft clay to the barbarian village and use it on the pottery wheel then on the furnace do this a few times until you get 16 crafting now get silver ores in the scorpion pit mine and make unstrung holy symbols do this until level 23 then get more silver and make tiara's until 30. ther u go

unless you plan on finding someone who mass produces mith addy or rune plates and sells them super low you stuck with steel plates buy them 900-1k each.
