I have always been teased. When I was in Elementary it was because I couldn't speak Finnish, now I get teased a lot because I speak Swedish with an accent sometimes, because I know a decent amount about computers, etc. I can't honestly say that I can cope with it, I've tried to help it by making school entirely seperate from my actual life. It has worked so far. There's this program at my school where we talk about teasing and such, the project leaders cited all these statistics when they announced it at assembly. "40% drop in teasing across however many schools" etc. I don't care. What matters is that there still are thousands of people out there getting bullied brutally. I wouldn't celebrate for a moment whatever "Progress" they think they've made until they've eradicated it entirely.

Same here. I have never seen such a big fuss made over something like this on FU&S before. It was really beginning to go overboard before the other thread was locked.

I find the in-crowd to be full of idiots, and I don't really know if there's an out crowd. I have a few close friends and that is enough.

I'm right handed, and do web design as a hobby. I've also done some PHP, JavaScript and C but I'm not the best at them. I've built a computer at least once I guess, but hardware is not my area. Whenever something technical is broken someone's always yelling for me. Happened today in fact. :|

I don't think so. Whenever I get responses to my reports, it tell me to respond to a certain moderator; jobs seem to be divided up among moderators (or, more likely, moderators pick reports to handle depending on how much time they have). This should give you some insight into how reports on phpBB3 work after you have reported something: [hide=Viewing open reports][/hide] [hide=Viewing a report][/hide] Different moderators handle different reports, IE after they are done looking at the report they mark it as "Done". The moderator who marked it gets their name on the email to you saying that it has been handled.

If you really must know, all reports are handled in the same. place (Although some reports are not visible if the moderator in question does not have moderator permissions in the forum in which the post was reported) I don't think that's going to help you much though.

I'm unimpressed like everyone else. Safari 4 came out too, with several features totally copying Chrome and FF. Apple does that. They said it passed an Acid3 test with 100/100, but it only got to 99/100. And I can't find most of the new features, they're all hidden somewhere. Edit: It did 100/100 on the second try for whatever reason.

I don't have a spring break, instead I had week 8 off as "Ski break". I went to Estonia. And sat around on TIF. Dunno if I skied though.

Use Skype? Like, get all your friends to switch? *dodges bricks* No seriously, MSN acts up so much it just isn't worth it to me. I don't like MSN anyway, the UI sucks, the program unstable, the features minimal and the smileys utmost crap.

Too many cooks do not spoil the soup, they eat it all in the name of quality control.

What I would say to back up Blender is that it can compete with C4D, 3DSM, Lightwave, etc. and actually does. Contrary to what you might think at first, Blender is even bigger in terms of community and development than GIMP.
