Burt's Bees.
But it's for dryness. And chapped lips are a pain in the [wagon] when they get bad. They start to hurt and they can bleed and flake, it's gross. I don't use Burt's Bees though, just the Neutrogena stuff.

Military, anyone?
So, what are you going to be doing there? Do you have a specialized job?

Call of Duty: World at War
I finally got the 1k Gamerscore for this game. The achievements I had remaining weren't that hard, but The Sum of All Zeros is a [bleep].

Fallout 3
Oh, I definitely agree with the point that the architecture in Fallout 3 is probably like today's, but a lot of the whole mood wasn't. It was pretty funny to see one of those ads for the Vault in the Fallout 3 universe with the stereotypical 50's family. I'd absolutely love to try out the beta of that game, but I don't think my PC could handle it. I'm sure playing Fallout 3 on the PC is much better in the long run, so I'm angry at myself that I've grown so reliant on my 360 console.

Fallout 3
If I'm not mistaken, technology was actually amazing advanced in the Fallout universe's 50's. Or maybe after, but the point is, technology increased at a much faster rate, but many styles and moods were still in the 50's. That's not to say that New York's architecture will have changed a lot from today's styles.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Yup yup, I thought about quoting him and putting it in the COD5 thread. I guess the discussion somehow migrated over here.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Maybe I'm only speaking from Hardcore, but a lot of those guns are beaten. The MP40 is certainly a good gun, but the same can be pulled off with a Thompson or a Type 100, and don't even start with saying that it beats the PPSh. The MP40's range sucks, also. The PTRS is probably the best sniper rifle, but the Springfield is very good as well. The MG is a good machine gun, but the Type 99 is great too, and the FG is great later on when it's unlocked. The Dinner Plate (the DP, hehe) is also an extremely capable gun and is just about amazing on any map. I also personally like the Browning more than the MG. I really like the M1 carbine, but I thought most would call the Gewehr overpowered. Great accuracy (might be a little bit better than the carbine), total semi-automatic capabilities and pretty good power make it a beast on Hardcore and certainly a good weapon on normal. I can't really say much for the shotguns, but both can be used in different situations. I find them both fun, but they're certainly no match against SMGs.

Gears of War 2
Just beat the campaign on the middle difficulty, I think. I was pretty pleased. This was my first Gears game, so it was pretty interesting for me. The story was nice, and the ending was pretty good, though a little abrupt for my tastes. I wonder if that's it for the series. [hide=]Did they sink Jacinto to kill the rest of the Locusts underground? Is that why they did that? Also, that voice of the doctor at the end was cool.[/hide]

Call of Duty: World at War
Wow. The new maps are tons of fun. Verruckt, first of all, is totally different from the regular Nazi Zombies. I'd like to start off with a question: Can you even get to the other side of the Asylum? I haven't figured that out. I still haven't seen the entire area, mainly because zombies come fast from area and the game is a lot more diverse from the previous version. I still don't know all you can do here. Perks-a-Cola is fun. Now to the maps. Knee Deep. It's freaking huge. It's a pretty large map with tons of buildings everywhere. The entire area is pretty much flooded and overgrown with vegetation. There are tons of opportunities for different types of gameplay. It has a little something for everyone here, and can support lots of gametypes. Hiding spots are literally everywhere. It's a hard map to get used to, though. This map is infamous for giving me many a negative k/d ratio due to finding my way around the map and not noticing enemy spots and occupied areas. Nightfire is a fun map to play. A crumbled city at night with buildings to run through and snipe from kind of remind me of a small version of Bloc from COD4. It's a very good-looking map. Station is also cool. It's basically a long stretch of train tracks and stations. It's pretty linear, but there are tons of corridors and spots and can be used for many different types of fighting. Sorry I don't have more to say, but I'm still getting used to the maps myself. Also, I just reached 2nd prestige thanks to Double XP. It's good to start over again.

Call of Duty: World at War
Yeah, I got Rough Economy on the same mission. It was near the beginning, and a few Nazis were patrolling a street. I used the Mosin-Nagant you get at the beginning of the mission. I can't remember if I planned it or not. I can't tell if it's double xp right now or not, but I've been getting large match bonuses lately. :)

If you could make a game...
The gun remote? Umm, it's cool I guess, but that doesn't prove much. It's an add-on for the Wii, which is nice, but I bet a lot of people would prefer playing a FPS with a controller than a toy. The fact is that the Wii seems to mainly cater for the casual, family gamer. The gun remote encourages interative play, which is good, so I guess in that aspect the Wii has something for the FPS that the 360 doesn't have. But as far as general FPS games go, I think you'll see more on the 360.

Call of Duty: World at War
So, I played regular TDM today. It's interesting. The games are very different. On Hardcore, there's more silence, and overall more tactics. On regular, the game is a lot more loud. It feels more like a full-scale war. Guns fly everywhere. It's easy to find a person to kill, and it's easy to rack up a lot of kills. I got insane streaks, streaks that I'd have to think a lot to achieve in Hardcore, but that just happen in Regular. They're both exciting in their own way, but going back to regular felt somehow refreshing. Also, lately I've been noticing people talking about guns being overpowered. No, it's true. What I'll say is that there's nothing a MP40 can do that a Thompson or many other weapons can't do. Seriously, I think it might be more stigma than anything. I owned with a Thompson on Courtyard, and I've been using many weapons on regular that, believe it or not, work. Now, don't get me wrong, I tried out the double-magazined MP40 and noobed with that as well. Meh. It's powerful, but you guys, hell, not only is the Thompson and many other guns better in many other circumstances, but the MP40 has many flaws. Low rate of fire, huge recoil, etc. Cheer up, guys. COD5 is pretty cool. :)

Fallout 3
Damn. Well, I don't want anyone stealing my stuff. So, uhh, what should I do about that? I mean, has it been confirmed? Those reports could've been anything.

Halo Discussion thread
I have Halo Wars (assuming this is the thread for it), and I suck at it. I made this huge army at my first base stop, with seemingly all the advancements for my Marines, Warthogs, two Scorpions, and a Cobra, but no, it all got destroyed on my very first encounter with a Covenant base. Could someone tell me how not to suck at this game?

Call of Duty: World at War
Shotgunning is fun. It definitely feels more involved than regular playing. Although there aren't many maps specifically for that kind of combat, you can improvise. Castle can be good with a shotgun, as well as Dome. Makin and Makin Day might be good, too. Generally, for a shotgun class, Grip is iffy. It's up to preference, but for a shotgun class I usually have a Bazooka with it. If I'm trying to get shotgun challenges, I'll add on Grip. If you're using the shotgun, you'll be mainly patrolling a few areas. Be careful when entering stretched-out areas, as you'll probably get shot down. Work on ambush techniques if you have the patience. Hell, if you want the challenge, your shotgun class can transform itself from an assault-type class into a stealthy and hidden class. Camoflague will help here. Make sure to invest some time into finding good hiding spots on maps. You can do many things with Asylum's bathroom. Don't be afraid to pull out the pistol for longrange shots, either. Get used to a shotgun's range. Remember that the Trench Gun has more range, but sacrifices damage, and that the double-barrell has less range but higher power. Currently, I use the sawed-off shotgun (mainly because it's awesome) with Bazooka, Fireworks, and Extreme Conditioning.

Call of Duty: World at War
Hey, COD5 players. Tired of so-called "overpowered" weapons? Want a diverse style of play that you might just learn to love? Play Hardcore. Hell, go on Hardcore for a moment and use the PPSh. Lol, you'll say. Yeah, it's that good. Try any weapon. The switch might just restore your own faith in COD5, and I mean this, if you play more Hardcore. Also, the tanks have appeared to be removed from Hardcore play.

If you could make a game...
I am not a fanboy, and I didn't say it was crap. I love my Wii. Shall I quote my exact words? Or were you talking to other people in this argument of yours. I can't really tell, actually. The point is, playing COD5 on the Wii is fine, but the Wii might not have been made for that game. That's all I have to say. Whenever someone criticizes the Wii, you seriously overreact. It makes me think that you're the fanboy here.

If you could make a game...
You're telling me to shut up? I'm just trying to discuss this. The second line down from your post. I can't really understand that. First of all, I wasn't even in this discussion until recently. What am I doing to you? I know the 360 has faults. I had to endure the RROD too. To be honest, I don't have a huge lot of bad to say about the Wii. It's a good system. I have one at home. I do agree with people calling it a casual gaming system, though, and I don't think it's meant to be directed at the same audiences as 360 gamers.

Fallout 3
That's why I'm going to get Ol' Painless later. Very common ammo and easy to repair.

If you could make a game...
Bashing? Try talking about the Wii and discussing its faults, which you seem to have a huge problem with. So, Oblivion shouldn't be played because there's no real-time online play? What about the fact that it's a good game?

Fallout 3
They are really powerful, have strong armor, the face is really hard to hit unless at the right angle, and does the face multiply damage like the head? I didn't really know that, but I kind of guessed that. Right now I'm stuck in the Museum of Science trying to get Lincoln's Repeater.

Fallout 3
Mirelurk hunters are damn powerful. The strange thing is that Mirelurk Kings are huge pushovers. They aren't really powerful at all, and their attacks are easy to dodge.

My brother turns on GNR whenever he's underground because he's scared of the screaming ghouls. :P I'm not scared of them. VATS is an instant life-saver.

If you could make a game...
Ray, their arguments aren't really entirely "off topic". This is just discussion that's pretty relevant to the topic. As for me, the most epic sandbox game ever. I mean, hell, you'll be able to do it all. A lot of money can be made from sandbox games.
