I am an ex-staker but since Jagex killed the only good thing in Runescape, i need to find a way to make my account a decent pvp contender. My stats are currently; 76 Attack 70 Strength 70 Defence 58 Range (getting 70 now, banked) 43 Pray 70 Mage 73 Hitpoints 30 Summoning I have done Desert Treasure, so i have ancients... I was thinking about getting something like 80/70/90 melee stats ,then around 94 range/mage. I'll probably keep my pray at 43, or get 44 for eagle eye... but thats it. I do everything i can to increase my hitpoints as i believe they're the most important stat. So, any other suggestions?

Im thinking of working my range up to 70 for hide/armour and curious as to the best methods to train my range. I know yaks are good xp but i dont have the quest, and void is out of the question as i played for over 3 hours and acquired about 50 points -.- Any suggestions?

Well i dont see what you need to improve on - reason? Because you tele and playerkill in a team... Any piece of [cabbage] can playerkill with any stats if they have a team and a teleport. When you eventually decide to start playerkilling properly, we'll help.

Have you dont Dt, MM, Lost City etc? TBH, i'd say don't bother getting 60 attack if you haven't done them as mauler as wicked fun. A blitz/maul spec is dangerous hawt so i'd keep it at 50.

Yeah, exactly. I spent a good two hours playing before deciding to open a 'universal' rant thread where people could progressivly vant their frustrations over a period of time. I am a great fan of strategy games and simply felt let down by the update.

Read the above post. I did read it... You honestly think that by making a bunch of F2p'ers hp double is going to make Playerkilling most exiting? I mean, they struggle enough as it is to hit a decent number and by doubling the HP is will take TWICE as long to kill someone. I definitely dont support this version of your idea, however i would support increasing the xp related to hitpoints.

The best way to measure this will be to take, say, 20 of the most used and useful items in Rs and continue to follow them over the coming weeks. I'd suggest a varied range of items; for example, a few weapons, pots, armours, herbs etc... I'd be interested in analysing the rate of inflation. The most constructive way to do this will be get a group of people together and pick about 10 different items to track each.

Well a crash does appear imminent as they've been rising for a long time. I would personally as if they get mass dumped, you'll lose alot.

This thread is basically for everyone to vent about the latest update without needing to create hundreds of threads about the same thing. I've played a few games and personally feel its a feeble attempt to try and incorporate strategy games such as Halo Wars and Command and Conquer into the game... The wait times are ridiculous the game play is very basic, not what i expected of a game like Runescape and to be honest, i think it need massive improvement. I am aware that in time they will fix the problems, however as of now, i was not impressed with it.

Its a pretty terrible attempt to make Halo Wars apart of Runescape... Tedious controls, over-sensitive mouse movements, limited options to attack, vague and pretty useless special attacks... In all, it sucks. The wait time its ridiculous, the whole 'commodity' situation is terrible and simply another excuse to dump junk into the Grande Exchange for 'points' to blow on making a poor army... I think it'll eventually become a very good game and im sure the rewards are good... but right now, its terrible.

Im pretty sure you can a player to cast Vengange on you too and that works just as well.

You've listed what you do have, so i'd use that 10 million to buy a dragon armour set... I mean, you have whip/fury, cape etc.. Buy d chain/plate and legs/skirt then i think you're good to go. Use bones to peaches tables for tasks including monsters that drop bones, and you dont need guthans.
