  1. I always skipped to the imponderables before, where'd it go?
  2. That's why I get annoyed by those who don't player kill. It's ignorance which really makes me laugh. If you really took time to think through your post before even posting here, you'd know that actual pkers use prayer. NEWSFLASH! It's called smite and piety. That's true REAL pkers use smite and piety, but most pures don't have prayer or are too freaking lazy to get the prayer level for smite and piety. Pures do get 43+ prayer for either smite or using protect melee due to their low defence to prevent getting pj'd. Another try though?
  3. Perhaps you just don't know how to use prayer in a skillful manner while fighting another player, perhaps you are too unimaginative to incorporate prayers into your tactics. I for one loved using protect prayers in 1 on 1 fights if the other person was only using a single combat style to attack with. Let's say my opponent was using melee, I'd pray melee (they'd proceed to drop names to make themselves feel good) then they would either leave or start praying themselves - I loved it when they prayed themselves because that's when my tactics would kick in...simply switch between range and melee attacks, it would be a distraction for them to have to keep guessing which prayer to use while I would sit back and not really have to worry about getting koed. Sure, there are some pkers who just turn on prayers because they think that since they have it they can use it (and in the 'turn it on till it's out then run' kind of way), and I completely understand any annoyances with those players - but there are also those like myself, who incorporate prayer tactfully. So please, stop generalizing. I'd have no problem with that if you brought more than one attack style and you're somewhere deep, like mage bank. But not for those who bring one attack style and annoy those in the [non-existant] level 1 Edge.

  5. I won't look at levels, because someone could have got those in a matter of a year and a half (a-la N0valyfe). I won't look at quest points because people don't always like doing quests. I will happily look at personality, because behind the numbers, digits, and pixels, that's all that counts long after the server's offline. That's not certainly the case, I can say (without being a hypocrite to this topic, I don't really care when I started anyways) I've been playing since 2002 and my total is sub-1600. Am I pro yet? You're pro as long as you had fun. Both well said. Well I'm for the personality, but not for the other two :P But as you can see in my case, yes I fail :(

  7. No, you need to use over 9000 noted bars of mithril dropped from the mithril dragons itself to open those doors.
  8. I honestly cannot see the correlation between the two. Why must people inflate when they start Runescape when they obviously haven't? E.g.: -I've been playing for 10 years -I started in 2005 -Etc. Does it accompany some sort of elitism that only playing early will achieve?
  9. I'm 14, but that didn't stop me. It wasn't that great anyway. School discos don't count as raves btw. Lmao By the way, Blue Lancer is right. However, there's always going to be illicit dealings made with every drug and too much business is to be had at a cheap cost, so the latter is always taken
  10. What's homecoming? Where I'm from it works differently and I'm too lazy to go search

  12. lets say his numbers were 2000. His new name was the exact same except for 2001. And he was in his friendslist too... So he added his own account to his friendlist prior to being "hacked"? Sorry, I don't believe this story. You're either making it up or changing the facts Maybe the way he firgured out his password might have been a Keylogger and he tracked him by seeing him put his new account? That's just too convenient. I doubt anyone would go through all that trouble anyways. lets say his numbers were 2000. His new name was the exact same except for 2001. And he was in his friendslist too... And how do you know all this information so quickly? It's like you're talking on behalf for him, yet you pull all this out so suddenly and with confidence...sorry I'm not buying it.

I think I'm too old to go trick or treating, who knows - maybe I'll go this year. I think being tall and overall my body frame will give it away though :?

Sorry, I don't believe this story. You're either making it up or changing the facts I've added my alt accounts before ... :| That might have been what he did here. For what reason besides to interact with the account?

  16. That is, if you can afford one at the current street prices
  17. Congratulations on $5 ;)
  18. A combination of the three, lol
  19. Most of the time they CANT pray, which is why they hate it so . . . What? Last time I checked smite is above the requirements for the protection prayer, I'm going to be blunt: if you're going to post, please put some thought into it before pressing submit.
  20. The role playing forum is that way
  21. Have any of you people ever gone PKing? The reason why protection prayer is looked down upon because it's not going to get anyone anywhere. If you have a fight with both using protection prayers, it seriously drastically reduces the chance of either one of the fighters killing each other. Not very fun is it. Especially when your 2-3 steps away from the wild entrance and you use protect prayers. Pathetic. Why PK if you're going to waste peoples time and money, that's just being boring.
  22. I thought the ginger was salmon, damn was I wrong  I think its called wasabei. I would know, I'm asian and usually what accompanies sushi is wasabi and pickled ginger. There's a difference and I was talking about the pickled ginger because it looks similar to the colour and texture of salmon fillet. Here's a picture:
