Give F2P a special on the rune scimmy where it drains 10% run energy if it hits. I think giving a special on F2P is too much, they would literally implode from the excitement. P.S. I was F2P for 3 1/2 years before turning into members and believe me, before all the updates that F2P received I had enough on my plate to make it an enjoyable experience.
