Ive failed 3 times with guthan plate, helm, legs, whip, obby shield, and fury. Most people just ask about the rune boots though, ignore everything else.
Heh, I do that, too. Sometimes if Im on one side of the city and I need to get to the other side Ill tele (since it puts you in the middle of the city) and only have to walk halfway :)
Autoers have been in runescape since the very beginning. They arent going to ruin it now. Sure there are more now then there ever was before, but there are alos more people playing the game.
Its not really so much distaste as just being tired of the idea. Its been done so many times that its hardly an accomplishment anymore. Plus its not plausible to add a new set of spells, skills, items, whatever because you chose to stay level 3.
My suggestion would be this... buy a holiday item. One month from now, if you decide you want to keep playing, sell it for the profit. If you still have no interest, give it to a freind, or sell it and host a small drop party only including the people that remember you and will still hold conversation. They are the ones that deserve it.
This would take minutes for an autoer to get around. ALl they would have to do is change the script so that they click on the tree to set the color each time they come back from bank/tree goes away. WOuldnt be all that hard to do.
Sorry, I dont belive this at all either. UNless half keys are considered non rare drops. I got 2 half keys in a row from the same desert lizard (the higher level one) and Im positice there wasnt a sever update in between.
You could not be more right :D People like to think there is some strategy to wilderness wars but really its just point and click the names called out. THis actually adds a new, more realistic element to war.
I dont know if it was mentioned, but IF poh's ever come out, there could be a property tax of some sort, after the initial payment of buying the house. That would take a huge amount of money out at the end of every month.
Feel free to add Torlen. Ive been in the same boat since I quit my clan (not for any bad reasons, left on good terms). They dont seem all that interested anymore unless they want free smithing.
Just because you have the same internet provider means nothing... (not what ip stands for anyways). My brother, sister, and I all play rs and regularly trade with eachother, because all 3 of our computers have different ip addresses. (on a network as well)
