I kinda get what you're saying. Have a mist wall, that you can walk through and keep going without stopping except for the one-time warning you get each log in. But the Ditch has been out for several months now. If Jagex were to implement an option to avoid the Ditch, they would've done so by now. My idea is just to make it look better because the function won't be changed, or at least for many months. But, then again, if they were to update the look of the Ditch they might as well add an option at that point.

I don't recall ever saying I don't like this site. This is the debate forum, where people post topics to debate on, not rant about.

Well, the function of the Ditch would still exist, sadly. That's kinda the whole reason it's there. So even with a new look, it'll still work the way it does now...

I think the only way you can get black marks for abusing the report system is by blatantly reporting someone for something that obviously had nothing to do with what they did. I'm thinking that if I color code this, your brain might not overload as much. 1) Wouldn't it make more sense to ban the bots faster, thus Jagex gets paid more because then they get paid more often by the bots? 2) Get over it. Man, people have been suggesting capes left and right since the update. Soon, there'll be a few dozen capes. "Is that the 'Third-Boat for PC' cape?" "No, it's the 'Second-Boat for PC' cape. What's the point? The Capes of Achievement were there to be somewhat not-so-common sights. If we had as many capes for the many varieties of 'Achievements' then they would lose their specialty. There's only 1 other cape I want to be made, and that would be the Jukebox Cape for getting all the songs in RuneScape.

Also, like it was said earlier: If you cast a high level spell with a high magic level, you won't hit as often as with a low level spell. But if you cast low level spells with low level magic, you'll miss quite often still.

Simple Solution for a Simple Problem: Don't misclick. That's the leading cause of death in the Wilderness, in my opinion. Missing the food, the weapon that would've given you a win, the wrong spell.

What an eyesore! The scar across the landscape looks rather benign for a protecting barrier against a battle-ridden land of chaos and death. Here's what I propose. The Ditch should look more horrifying and really become a beacon of warning. Skulls and bone fragments scattered in and around the Ditch [1 square] as well being pock-marked by craters big and small! Spears and broken arrows jutting from the ground! The remains of a warrior crushed into the dirt by an unknown foe. The bones could be attributed to those that fight in the Wilderness or maybe remains of the workers who had dug the ditch. As for the rest of the Wilderness, um, just throw in a couple large craters. Oh, wait. And maybe a single large open field where battle had taken place centuries ago. It can be littered with remains from that battle, as well as a few dozen implings still scavenging for little trinkets. The use of the imps, I really don't have a good idea for. I was thinking that the location would be in about level 35-40 in the Wilderness. These imps would have an extremely high chance of dropping beads, which you could use to bait Magic Boxes and catch some imps hanging around that battlefield. You could then go to level 30 Wilderness (necessary level to release them) and set them free and bank some valuable loot you've recieved from a PK or from training.

How many F2P can get their hands on that many steel plates at a cheap enough price to level? Members can either buy or fletch yew longs a lot faster than buying or crafting steel plates.
