Lets say someone has to have done a few quests(easy ones) (its yews so you need to be good) or Maybe levels in others skills above 25(1 or 2 in mining or some other non combat skill) or you must wait 2 weeks after starting an account(must play once a week) before getting to cut :

One wanted to buy a whip for 3 million...He/It offered a ring(that warrior one i think) His friend or himself 3 spaces away is buying that very ring for 4 mill. I start saying they are scaming and autotalking(they both said a 35 character sentence in flash3 mode without one mistake every 3 sec) All of a sudden one teles and the other just keeps talking...lol. Then he starts typing himself.Hes saying I scammed his phat set. He was a lv 3 with nothing but a bronze long sword on. Some people want cash so badly :notalk:

:-k Not really lucky but the place was packed with some crafter leaving members. Around 200 green dragon hide parts, cut gems and gold bars. Another time I saw 4 rune med helms. And once when I went on a spending spree someone sold A LOT of high level runes(laws, deaths, chaos...) I was so sad :boohoo:

Wow, why wouldnt they just eliminate fractions of xp and only deal in whole numbers, wouldnt that make the max they could do 2 bill xp? Or is it just built into java itself that theres always a .0 on the end of every integer? In that case i see how it could be unavoidable. it would make the max exp close to 2 bil but jagex wont remove the decimal. In fact what would happen if you achieve more than 2,705,175,645 total exp!?!?
