Not trying to hi-jack, but since you already got an answer to your Q, I'll pose one of my own... As far as I can remember, once you pick a gauntlet you have to stick with that type. Example, I got cooking gaunts back when I did family crest... Now I want crafting gaunts. Once you pick you cant switch, right?

I'd have to say its just RS for me, unless you count the 2 weeks that I played "another world"? (at least I think thats what it was called, the RS clone from long ago)... The closest I have come to any other MMORPG is D2, and thats not even close to a true MMORPG. I am interested in trying WoW, but seeing as you can get 3 mos. of RS p2p for 1 month of WoW, I think i'll be sticking with RS

Ok guys, looks like the contest will start tomorrow... Just walked in the door from watching "hide and seek"... not too bad. Throw Primal Fear, Fight Club, and The Shining in a blender... mix it up, and you come out with "hide and seek"...

Update at bottom of this post... Almost a year ago I had a contest on scape about who could make me a wallpaper to use on my work PC. Well of course shortly after shelling out a couple million GP to the winners of the contest, the company I worked for laid off 8 of the 42 total employees (me included). Anyways I went on to find a much better job that I enjoy twice as much, and I was wanting to see if some of you talented artists out there would be up to the task. Looking around the board for a couple minutes I see that Pixel and 3-D are now a fairly big market, but I really dont see anything that even really resembles the style of my old wallpaper. Anyway, I still have some the examples from the last contest (linked below) so you can get an idea of what I am looking for. Keep in mind this is NOT a contest... Yet. I am just posting this to see if anyone is up to making this "old fashioned" stuff anymore. THIS is the wallpaper made by the contest winner. I LOVE stuff like this, and would be VERY interested in something along these lines again! THIS was the second place entry (I think) Third? Forth? Fifth? The size will have to be 1152 x 864 (or close enough to it that when I stretch it, it will not distort). If I can get some of you guys who might be interested in making something along these lines, please post here. If there is a big enough response I will give you all some more info about what I want. I really like the simple layout of the winners entry, as well as the simplicity of 5th place (not too much going on). The other 3 I like the designs, I think you guys call it "abstract"? :? Oh well, let me know if any of you are interested in this idea... Ill keep everyone posted about whats going on with it. Thanks! Man I wish you guys would have bought my strange fruits from me back when I had my quitting bank sale. Ended up dropping about 20 of them in the bank :oops: Used to collect black hatchets, got about 15 or so. Recently was obsessed with tinderbox/hammer/chisels before quitting, got a few hundred of each. I also had 40+ caskets back in rsc :o

Yea but that doesnt make up for the fact that the graphics DO suck. Even if its java they still suck, and it was jagex's decision to make a game in java... they didnt HAVE to afterall. So the game IS ugly, and theres no way around it. You can make up all the excuses possible... and nope, they STILL suck... Java or not. So the magazine didnt say anything wrong there... 65% sounds either right on the money, or a lil high. Remember, PC mags compare games... And runescape compared to other games is poo. (java or not) I Give the review a 95%. I agree with it. OK (puts flameproof vest on) gimmie your best shot. And all the while andrew and paul are laughing all the way to the bank
