    the attack bounus increases the chances of hitting higher and defense is the oponent attacking you lower

    you need to do the mini quest "mage of zamorak" the higher rc level the bigger the pouches are. i think you mean you've never heard of them not hair

    its impossible and i have found proof. go on the website and go onto the capes of acoumplishment. where it goes through everyone one like a slidshow slayer is not there in non tirm.

    yes you do because if you just started with 99 rc then you wouldent get the profit from gaining the levels. I would take construction only because its a money drainng not training skill. So i can make profits from rc'ing and have a ultimate house :
