Keep in mind that the list in my pic isn't the full list because I have completed some of the additional regs already, like 4k chompy kills and fully unlocked artisans workshop. I'm not sure what other regs there are.

Not sure if you already did, but try killing four rats, each with a different style, at the lumbridge swamp. That worked for me
