Yep, my school can track programs, lock screens, overtake other computers so that you see what's on their screen (this is so they can do demonstrations for how to use certain programs), block websites instantly and remember what programs/websites you have been on recently. Our old IT dept. main teacher was the IT definition of evil. But it was fun hacking the system sometimes such as using 'Help and Support' and searching whatever you want, changing bits here and there. It was fun when my friend hacked the admin codes and turned me temporarily into an admin so I could do whatever I wanted. :mrgreen:

You forget. Melee may be able to hit in the 90s, but it doesn't apply to mages, as it is close combat. If you freeze/entangle, their Godsword is useless. For rangers, they're supposed to own against mages. Ancient magics means that the PK triangle is balanced. OK? Balanced. I'm guessing that this hasn't happened for such a long time that players just can't comprehend that Jagex got it right. :shame:

I think that a lot of players are labouring under the delusion that when blood and soul alters are released that it will severely impact upon the rune market, because of completely easy production of runes. Seriously, when the alters are discovered, it will not be easy to do.

Yes, but only if you have, say, over 70 runecrafting. Below that and you get low level runes (airs, waters etc) too often to get a profit, and if you are below around 50, you actually end up with a loss. Jagex have done this very cleverly. It raises the money or xp argument, of which players are split pretty much equally. Also, they have set up their rune production ratios very well. You still have to work for it.

Normally the lores and histories do provide a clue for future quests, so if you find yourself in a quest which relates to these key words: Wally, Varrok, Silverlight, Delrith; then I suggest you read that lore behind it first. Remember, story arcs are possible. The only question I can see this article poses is where did the words 'Carlem, Aber, Camerinthum, Purchai, Gabindo' (The slaying words which seals Delrith back into, um, another dimension?) actually come from? Who was paying the messenger? My guess is Gypsy Aris, but that's the furthest I can go without making stupid speculations.

Exactly. You should never buy a new weapon without research. Just because it's got the title 'zamorakien' doesn't mean it's good. And by the way, never base the effectiveness of a weapon on the price. Sure, effectiveness is a part of demand, but it isn't the whole story.

That's what I thought. I think Jagex would rather prefer reduced advertising if it means less people coming to solely break the rules.

I don't think that full screen is in order here. It's pixel size. If more detail was added, but the screen was kept the same size, we could control how big we want our screens. I play 800 x 600 too, and it fills the screen for me, but more detailed graphics would be nice.

That's the most relevent part of rule 2 regarding this, but still it doesn't include luring NPCs to kill autoers. Besides, define 'player'. You can't say it's the account because thats 'character', the player is the person behind the character, and since the owner of the autoer account is not playing, it's not a 'player'. Or am I missing something here?

House storage is not currenly coded to hold multiple items. Only 1 of each. Changing this could take months if not over a year of coding to make, when they could just add a regualr row of bankspace instead. So I dont see this idea very plasuable, not for any current time anyways. But I do like your mixing herbs idea. Thanks, but there is a program which Jagex has already made which is a multiple item storage other than the bank. The Tool Leprechaun. Why not base the coding on that?

You know, what would be nice would be to have a Herblore based room, where you can mix potions in a cauldren en masse, and perhaps some new recipies for some combination potions? Jagex has already laid out a rule of combining potions, based off sanfew serum: Primary potion + Secondary ingredient(s) of secondary (and tertiary if possible) potion(s) + combining ingredient = Combination potion. What would be good would be that you could distill your own ingredients or heat others to change them into other ingredients. Jagex could provide some basic recipies combining basic and super potions, but place plenty of unannounced recipies in the game for players themselves to discover, and possibly name after themselves if they were the original discoverer? You say the problem with bank space. How about herb and ingredient storage? It's one of the great bank fillers.

Yeah, it would be really nice for there to be all runic (I.e. runes only) teleports have the ability to be converted into a portal and teletablet. Perhaps some teleports should be labelled 'dangerous', because of any threats at the destination, be it trolls or PKers. Perhaps these portals should be of a slightly different design (for example, should have curved [bleep]es), and perhaps a slightly higher construction level. There should be a warning about dangerous teleports before you enter. This warning is also the case for teletablets, and can be turned off as with any other warnings (of course, if you want it turned back, the doomsayer's your man.) Just because people are idiots doesn't mean you shouldn't be limited by them. Mind you, with ancient and lunar teletablets, doesn't that mean there will be a need for new lecterns? And what about giving the whole thing a twist by placing Spellbook swap as teletablets (99 magic required for creation)? I can see a serious market for them. You know, what would be really nice would be the option to build your own fairy ring. :pray:

This is incorrect. The PK triangle means that the superior skill has a weapon up it's metaphorical sleeves which has the ability to destroy a player of the inferior skill. Personally, I believe that the PK triangle is balanced very well now. The Godsword is uber-powerful, but the sheer point that it's a melee weapon means that it's only ever going to be effective against anybody who doesn't have a binding/freezing spell on them. The PK triangle is therefore followed. 8-) My only quibble (probably a made up word, but oh well) with Jagex is that dragonhide provides reasonable defense bonuses against melee, but the problem is that the defense is realistic (a real as dragons go, but realistic) and perhaps melee weapons are so powerful nowadays that it's getting fairly irrelevent.

I would rather be called English than British because British seems to sound more like the steriotypes (sp?) (Huge mansions, butlers, snobbery) which can surround it, wheras English sound like 'From England', which is what it should be. Besides, why do they call it a British accent? Would a Scotsman sound like a Welshman? :? English is a lot more accurate but I think the term Britain and the UK is used because most actions (for example, Royalty, Government (although this may change), military action etc.) apply not just to England, Scotland or Wales, but all of them. However, I do like the term 'United Kingdom', but is it so united nowadays?

At my school, we can't use any ball which is larger or heavier than a tennis ball because teachers were getting hit by stray footballs etc. Unfortunately I believe that our parents have to sign it at my school, but there are a few over-protective ones who then ban their kids from anything physical. So for us, in some cases, it's even worse than banning tag, because you can't do anything physical whilst watching others who can do what they want. :(
