To the above post.. I think it's very safe to say you're not looking through JaGeX's eyes..correct me if I'm wrong. What I mean is JaGeX doesn't care if it's a "Gift" or not. I've heard stories of an amazing staker being banned because he gave his friends money when they needed it.
