  1. It looks like a Wii game, but it probably isn't. The Conduit?
  2. I just got N+ because it is 50% off this week. It's very fun, I just wish that Microsoft had allowed them to let us share levels.
  3. I could never get into anime/manga. I would try and watch it or read it as a kid, but I was never hooked. It just never grabbed my attention long enough to get me to like it.

You plan on getting a second one? :? Today has been boring. I've just been switching between my computer and my 360. I got up at 6:00 as usual today and was out at a local park running. I have cross country conditioning, so I have been doing this for about 3 weeks now. We typically run 4 miles in around 30-40 minutes, nothing too taxing. Tomorrow is going to be hard though, we have a 4 mile hilly course that we have to complete as fast as we can. I don't expect to do to well on it. :? Sounds like you're planning to get more then one. Dangit beat me to it.

We are who we are due to the events that have occured up until this present point in our lives. With our biological factors that we inherit from our parents, we are shaped by events early in life. If those events differed, then we would be someone else. We are our unique selves by chance and every person shows how a unique set of circumstances can come together to create who they are.
  6. Agreed; Imagine how confused the black women that vote blindly will be  Heads is Obama. Tails is Palin.
  7. She probably will run for president. She will get a lot of blind votes just because she is a woman, but probably not enough to win the presidency. If Obama does well in the next 3 1/2 years, or if someone else in the Republican party comes and challenges her, then she has little chance of actually winning the presidency.
  8. The way I see it, if she can't even finish her term as governer, she isn't qualified to run for the presidency. It shows she doesn't finish what she starts. She'll never get the support she needs if that's all that she shows us that she can do.
  9. Carry On My Wayward Son - Kansas

High school? Are you nuts? No, it needs to start in kindergarten, with "age-appropriate sex education." You can get more graphic as the years go on, but kids should know what a condom is and how to use one by the time they're in middle school. By teaching them by middle school you are expecting them to have to use the knowledge that you gave them by that time. You have to teach them sex-ed when they can really understand it, not when they are just when they are in elementary/middle school. Heck, I hardly remember anything from those sessions. It was never beneficial to me. Just awkward for everyone.

It's your parents though, so why are you even thinking about selling it? It was never yours to sell in the first place.
  12. I'm buying it day one as well. I'd like to add both of you if you don't mind so we can play on launch day.

I just started Brave New World and I have already completed 1984 this year. I have found both of them to be very interesting.
  14. Look at his profile. His last visit was today. ;) He's back, just not posting. His last post was on Fri Nov 30, 2007 at 8:06 pm.
  15. What's wrong with driving at 16? Some people don't want their parents to drive them to and from school activities. Also what about jobs? If store couldn't hire 16 and 17 year olds then some places will be under staffed. Research has shown that the decision making part of the brain[1] has not fully developed by the age of 16. Hence why there are more teenager accidents than in any other age group. At 18, your brain has developed more and it is safer to be in a car. Though 18 is the peak when the brain has developed enough, you are too independent to not have a car by 18 (atleast most people are).
  16. There should be a rule of 18. You should get your lisence, join the military, drink alcohol, and smoke cigarettes all at 18. None of this 16-21 crap.
  17. I agree. Achievements are there for you to achieve, not easily gain with your friends. Your gamerscore has no real life worth, so why even risk getting banned if it doesn't translate anything to real life?
  18. I can't wait for tonight. There will be tons of fireworks. Happy 4th of July!
  19. This is getting bad. North Korea is getting more aggressive with their threats. Now they have even chosen a target. It worries me where this is headed.
  20. Please do :( Agreed.
  21. She is resigning. She said she does not want to go through the lame-duck part of her term, so she is resigning by July 26th.
  22. We need that smiley.
  23. http://www.last.fm/user/Kcdragon8116 Since I just joined I don't have much on there yet.
  24. Star Trek was my most anticipated movie.
