  1. I just went down and played a few matches and it pissed me off really fast. First match was full of Rifle Nader's, so that one was tricky. We lost by 10 points, just because it was 2 of us vs 4 of them (the other two on our team were scrubs). The second match was full of glitchers (I can't remember the name, it's the small town map, with the trains). Two matches was all it took to make me quit playing again. I should just sell this game while it still has a high value.
  2. I do agree that $80,000 is a huge amount of money for each song, but as Smapla pointed out, those 24 were just the focus of the case. She shared over 1,000 songs on Kazaa, so it's not like she was just a minor file sharer.

Your life sucks? I tried to click the underlined "Your", FML :twss: So did I. I didn't even think about it until you said that. #-o
  4. I believe they wanted to send a message to anyone who is downloading illegally. It's getting out of control. While I feel sorry for the woman, she brought this on herself by knowingly downloading/sharing these songs.
  5. I just saw Hangover. It was pretty funny, I really liked it.
  6. Halo The first three games were fun. They have some of the best multiplayer out there, with tons of replayability. But look at their new games. Halo Wars, which has recieved positive reviews, was a strategy game of the Halo Universe. It was a nice distraction from their FPS games. But now look at their lineup. Halo ODST, which is an expansion of Halo 3, is being marketed as a new game and being sold for $60. Halo Reach is another new game in the franchise which is most likely going to be another FPS. Now, multiple games in on series is ok, but this is too much. Look at Mario, Zelda, and Metroid. These series have been around for a long time and they still get entries made too. But the game play doesn't get stale. There is something new everytime you play the next entry. But Halo is starting to get stale, expecially since they are releasing their games so fast.
  7. [hide=] Only 3 more weeks until I get a 360  [/hide] Having both a Wii and a 360 is awesome. You get the fun Wii games (exclusives) and the awesome online play and great games (most notably FPS's) on the 360. If you have both, you don't really miss out on anything, besides any PS3 exclusives.
  8. If IW does make a Wii version, we should probably create two threads to discuss the game, so the Wii owners have a place to complain and the 360/PS3 owners have a place to discuss the game. For my highest streak, I believe it is 27, but I'm not sure. I havn't been on in ages. I keep going up to my new 360, so my Wii is being abandoned while I play through all the games I got for my 360. Though I may play some WaW today.
  9. I have both a Wii and a 360. The Wii is very fun and has tons of great games that are coming out or have just come out, such as Punchout Wii, Dead Space Extraction, Excitebots, and many more. If you can look past the online system, it is very fun. Also, if you use reviews and ask Wii owners for game recomendations, you will be able to avoid most of the garbage that gets put on the system. It is definitly worth buying.

Yesterday I got back from my trip after being in airports for around 22 hours. I'm glad to finally be done travelling. Today looks to be boring. I am going to go deposit 3 checks (should be around $300 :D ), gonna get gas and a car wash, and then slack the rest of the day.
  11. The ad was pretty funny, I laughed a few times. It brings back memories of watching the first 2 years ago. I'll probably go see it in the theater, or atleast Netflix it.
  12. My parents bought me a 2001 Hyndai Elantra for me to learn a stick shift on. The car isn't technically mine, I have to pay it off if I want it. It is the car I use all the time though, so I do count it as mine.

Today was my last day home until the 18th. I'll be in Hawaii until then. Try not to miss me too much, ok?

Might as well post mine. Wouldn't want to feel left out. ;)
  15. My KDR is 1.54 or 1.55, something like that. I havn't played in ages though.
  16. I will look them up, but be warned, the top 10 boards are plagued by hackers, so I may not be able to get accurate times. I will try though.
  17. http://e3.gamespot.com/story/6211627/bioshock-2-impressions?tag=topslot;title;3 Contains some information about the multiplayer. It sounds pretty cool. The rush to become the Big Daddy will be fun, and trying to take it down will be a challenge.
  18. Should have been Nadril's turn. He guessed the series, which is close enough.
  19. I pop my back and neck all the time. I will pop my fingers as well.
  20. America has the freedom of religion for a reason. Just because we are heading towards a more aetheistic society does not mean that it needs a change. It just shows how views of the world and our origin are changing in this world of technology. Well, for one we can think for ourselves and can communicate on a level where we can activly contribute to each other's ideas. We can furnish tools to do feats that would be impossible without (though there are some animals that can do this). We are definitly not exactly like the animals around us. Gosh dangit, stop posting so much. I can't get this thing out.
  21. Good job New Hampshire. =D>

Today I was leaving my work, and some guy flagged me down. I pulled up next to him and he told me that he was out of gas and needed just $5, since he was right next to a gas station. He sounded really desperate, offering me anything in his car just to get some gas. I pulled out my wallet and the only bill in there was a $10 bill. I handed it to him and he thanked me. He went back to his car and immediatly it was clear that he had not been trying to scam me, because it took him 5 tries for his car to catch. He then moved on to the gas station, and we parted ways. Did my good deed for the day. If I was in his position I would have expected no less from any other citizen. I'm glad I was able to help out someone today.
  23. I just finished the first one last night. I can't wait for Bioshock 2 now!
  24. Miyamoto just had his roundtable conference. There will be no online play for New Super Mario Brothers Wii, and a Wii Zelda is coming in 2010. Links: http://wii.ign.com/articles/989/989996p1.html http://e3.gamespot.com/story/6210517/next-wii-zelda-targeted-for-10 -Their coverage of the conference isn't working at the moment, but they are the ones who got the 2010 release date.
  25. I got to play in the Beta tonight. It was pretty fun, there weren't any bugs that I saw, but I did disconnect at the end. I never got to be in the mob though. :(
