I'll be running cross-country for the first time next year. I have conditioning starting in about 3 weeks, but I want to start running before hand. What should I start trying to run per week to start to get in shape. Keep in mind that I have been a lazy bum for months now, so jumping into physical activity again is going to be dificult at first, but once there I can adapt.

When I would play through Gold/Silver, I would always pick Cyndaquil. Chikorita was always the hardest to start out with imo.

Played for the first time in months today. The first match I got something like 9-19, during my first game and I was using the M1 Garand. Then I switched to the Type 100, and started getting 20+ kills a game. I may start playing again, I forgot how easy it was to aim with the Wii remote.

I really like Battlefield: Bad Company's multiplayer. The maps are large, and it supports up to 24 players online. Though it doesn't have the standard TDM, DM, and CTF, both of its game modes are fun to play (on is a free DLC)

From my interpretation it hasn't started yet, thus why this thread is here, in order to prep us or fill out any questions we may have about it beforehand. I was pretty sure it hadn't started, but I just wanted to make sure.

I updated the first page with a 15 second video of the new games. I will try and keep the first post updated with new information from now on.

Has this started? Or will it start at a later date?

I agree that you should show us your photo's. Let us see what all the fuss was about. But that sucks that they are making you go to counseling, but you could have fun with it. Make them think you are really messed up. :lol:

I think Confuse Ray was on the set for Stantler. Serene Grace eh? If Dunsparce can learn Confuse Ray, ditch rock-slide, its much inaccuracy. O_o When's the G/S/C remakes coming out? I believe quarter 4 in Japan and quarter 1 of 2010 in the USA.

I've got a couple of books I am going to read this summer. First of all I'm going to read Catch 22, and then Moby [bleep]. After reading through this thread, I have decided to look into the Pendragon series and Brave New World as well.

When I used to ride my bike around I would wear a helmet every time. It was a habit I got into, and just never stopped.

The hours at my high school are 7:30 A.M.- 2:38 P.M. On Wednesdays, we have late start, so it go's from 8:05A.M. - 2:38 P.M.

My parents are dragging me to Hawaii. I don't really want to go, but they refuse to let me stay home by myself, even though I'm 17. Other than that, I plan on working a lot and making 1-2 grand this summer.

Today I finished Lord of the Flies. Quite an interesting book and well worth my time. I also read 1984 about a month ago, and it has become one of my favorite books.

I've seen the spinning dancer before, and I can switch the direction at will. You just have to look at the legs, and force your eyes to switch direction for her to spin the opposite way. The spinning dots one is cool as well. It takes effort, but she can definitly spin both directions.

We are watching The Godfather in my AP US class this week, and next week we will be watching The Godfather 2. It is awesome.

My teacher recommended Baron's review or Princetons review for my AP United States History class. I didn't pick them up, and I feel that I did fine on the exam. But I have heard from a lot of people that reading review books did help them, and next year when I have 3-4 AP exams I will have to invest in some of these reviews. Today was pretty unexciting. It was the last day for the seniors in our school, so now my class is the highest in the school.

AP stands for Advanced Placement. They are college level classes that you can take in high school. They are graded on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest, and 1 being the lowest. Most colleges will accept scores of 3's, while Ivy League schools (Harvard, Yale,etc) only accept 5's.

Well for support you could cite the first amendment, and how it relates to people who don't practice religion, and that they have the right to not be exposed to other beliefs. This is sort of similar to my personal belief that smoking should be banned on public property.

Yeah, but eventually you would have to leave the base for more supplies, and with a chain link fence you are very visible. It would be hard to get everyone out of the base if you ran out of supplies and had zombies still around the perimeter. Atleast with solid walls zombies wouldn't be able to see you, only smell and hear.

They are both great. But trek has tv shows and movies, so it beats out Star Wars. Star Wars has a TV show. Even if it is crap it still counts. Are you talking about the animated show? Another Voyager fan, yay! It's my favorite series, though it's also the only one that I have seen all the episodes to. I really need to go to rent TOS and watch it. It's the only one I havn't really seen any episodes for. I really liked the ending, how they said the famous lines from the Trek series. It's also how they ended Enterprise(the recent one).
