That has nothing to do with the console they put out now. I'm not saying I think it's inferior - I quite enjoy WiiSports at a friend's house - but I think there are a few things it needs to work on, like any console. It also seems to me that you are too much of a Nintendo fanboy to judge other fanboys. What is the top of the games industry, anyways? You have to remember that the Xbox 360 is only Microsoft's second console, it's not like they're going to get it perfect the first couple of tries. Even with that said, the 360, in my opinion, is quite the console for the second generation from Microsoft. Nintendo has pretty average online support from what I've heard, PS3 has okay online, and what I consider to be fairly mediocre exclusive games for the most part, whereas the 360 has probably the best online out of the 3 consoles and games that appeal to my interests, however the hardware malfunctions (Which I have never experienced, despite having a console that is vulnerable to RROD) are probably the biggest downfall of the console. Basically, the 360 fits my life better than any of the other consoles, although I would like to get a Wii for the Mario, Zelda and Metroid games. Also, another bad point I have against the 360 is that it tries to copy Sony and Nintendo at times, several times. Either way, Microsoft has built the superior console for me, with the Wii next in line, followed by the Nintendo 64. I've just never really liked Playstation in any way for gaming. The RROD is pathetic, I agree, but MS does deserve some leeway here for being new to such an advanced age. Yes, Nintendo is the pinnacle of gaming. With it's lesser hardware and poor game lineup. Sales figures are good, but it doesn't automatically mean that the games are awesome. I think this year's E3 proved this rather well- Nintendo had what, Wii Music? What is that? And Animal Crossing, yes, but that's really it. And before you say the Wii never goes faulty, lemme tell you a little story. During the summer, my dad decided he wanted a Wii, for reasons I still don't know, since he never uses it. We call up the local Gamestop to see if they have any...and they do! Three left, shipment arrived that day. So we go in and manage to get it, buy SSBB and some kind of Bowling game. We go home and set it up, make the Miis and whatnot. The next day, though, something strange happens. The console refuses to run correctly, always getting an error message. So we take it back and the guy explains to us that it's pretty much RROD'd. Granted, this is rare, and I just got lucky, but the Wii is still prone to malfunction and hardware failure. And let's not forget the game lineup, full of Mario, Zelda, and 3rd party shovelware. I recommend the same Lol, no. Not really funny, since you need some reasoning here, and that would ruin any joke. You know, reasoning and all. [/hide] Owned lol 8-) I agree with all that you just said Lenin. Nintendo is moving towards the market that has been unclaimed up till now. And they are reaping the rewards. There are so many casual gamers and child gamers that hardcore gamers get left behind while Nintendo tries to milk the cash off of the former two. That's why the wii is more of a kids console this generation. It's being marketed towards kids and casual gamers.

My dad has done something similar to that. He has removed my login name from my computer (I share a computer with my brother), and he has also just taken the wireless internet connecter (I don't know what it's called, but I'm sure those who do know what I'm talking about know what it is) so that there is no way to get on the internet. The dumb parental controls (It's the CA security center from roadrunner too) used to block youtube channels and some gaming websites like gamespot for no reason whatsoever, that has since changed and it allows me to go on them, but still it blocks many things for w/e the reason. I used to not have parental controls, but ever since we got roadrunner in June they were turned on, and I never do anything on the computer anyways You mean the Wifi thingy, right? That sucks. Get it back soon I hope? I have it back right now, it's just he has taken the wifi conenctor in the past.

I believe I prefer cats over dogs, I havn't had a cat in years now, the one I had while growing up died at 16 years old, but I really do like them a lot.

I like theme parks as well. Roller coasters are of course my favorite part of theme parks. I plan on going to Cedar Point to ride the Top Thrill Dragster someday.

Once I leave my computer, I cant see what you guys wrote. I got on at 3:15, but no one but Gallade was on, and he was idle, so I just practiced against some lvl 9's and then got off.

I'm gonna get on around 3:15-3:20, so maybe I will see you guys on.

We can hardly ever get a 2v2 match started. We need get a way of assigning partners if we have a good 4 player match started.

For fun? Hell, we could put bumpers on high, lol. But for a serious match... no. The whole point of banning is if it largely affects the metagame, up to the point it becomes all tactics vs that one tactic (This case the final smash). I'm not saying put them on low for serious matches, and tournament matches, I'm saying put it on low for when we just post that want to brawl. I know you could put bumpers on high, but it's rare that we get a match with items. I'm saying we could just play with final smashes on for a bit, to make it a bit more fun.

I'm starting to get bored of our "standard" brawl playing. How about we add another variable into the mix? How does everyone feel about putting final smashes on low whenever we are brawling for fun? A final smash is just another attack, we should use them more often. Putting it on low means it wont appear too much during a match. What do you guys think?

Abelmisi, you have work to do. The Super smash brothers brawl topic has been locked, leaving only the Brawl Club to be open. Also the Super Smash bros. tourney thread is no longer actice, and the Brawl Club has it's own tourney so it doesnt need to be on there anymore. Also there is no Mario Kart tourney being planned, so that is out of date as well. Tsk Tsk, making me do some editing for you :roll: :D

Haha I stumbled across the update while adjusting some of my profile options. Good job with it. I just have one gripe. Now the bar (where it says your name, avatar, location,etc) seems too scrunched together. Any chance of spacing it out a bit? I mean there is an entire bar to use there, no point in wasting space (unless you have something planned for the bottom section of it)
