Glenn Beck and a call for religious rebirth
Its not really the stupidity that bothers me, I mean they could have had a rally about apples giving humans superpowers. What bothers me is that this type of stupidity leads to anger towards other people who have different views on religion, and this seems to be spreading in the USA. When the Nazi's were rising to power in Germany, there were probably some Jewish people saying the same thing as you " Oh, they are just stupid people, no worries." But stupidity seems to spread, fast.

Glenn Beck and a call for religious rebirth
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/29/us/politics/29beck.html?_r=1&hp [hide] [/hide] I don't mind Glenn Beck being an idiot or him having these rallies, but what annoys me is that about 300,000 Americans were there to support him. The pro-Christian rallies like this and the anti-Muslim events that occurred at ground zero ( which were also mostly fueled by Christians) are making it seem like the country is moving backwards. It seems like more and more Americans seem to want to make the USA a strictly Christian country. These are the things that eventually lead to war and genocide, unluckily for the United States at this rate it will probably get destroyed before any of that can occur. [bleep] this. I'm moving to Europe <_<

School
I'm basically screwed when it comes to getting into a good college/university. Spanish 2 was my worst subject last year and I got a C in it first term and then the first D in my life 2nd. I'm done with my 2 year requirement, but it was poor. I do know two languages though, since I am fluent in Lithuanian, and I can also read and write in it. Too bad that colleges probably don't care about less globalized languages. <_<

Expanding my Mind
That is something that I would love to write about myself (in a few years, when I know more) and read about from others. Please continue, and then share it with us later :^_^:

Scientest discover richest planetery system outside of our own.
The faster you go through space, the slower you go through time. For example, if someone was to go the speed of light (186,000 Miles per second or 5,865,696,000,000 miles per year) for one year they would have actually moved 1000 years in our time. This still means though it would take them 127 years to get there, but for us it would be 127,000 years. They would have to be like robot human hybrids or something. And then then more then likely the companies that sent them to being with would be no longer around. [/geek] my brain hurts now >_> 127 lightyears away i dont think there is life there maybe , but i dont think Solution: Worm holes. Three Problems with worm holes: 1.We have never actually discovered one yet. 2.We would have to find a way to actually use it, if one appeared close enough. 3.We would have to figure out where the wormhole ends up.

That's like saying a Christian church is honouring Hitler. No, Hitler didn't do what he did for Christianity. Fine then, it's like saying a Christian church is honoring the Inquisition. If a church was built close to or on top of a memorial for the victims of the Inquisition then it would be disrespectful to the victims. It would not necessarily be honoring the Inquisition because the Catholics did not purposely bury themselves with the victims. What if it was built a few blocks away, near a strip joint and a few restaurants? Then I think that is fine, and that's why I don't have a problem with this community center.

Which raises the question of why this is at all disrespectful to anyone in any way for people to practice it. Its not, and I never said it is. I don't have a problem with building a community center a couple of blocks away from ground zero. I would have a problem if they built a mosque on ground zero. Only because the hi-jackers did it in the name of Allah, it would be honoring them. Its like if Christians bombed a school and then a church was placed there, makes no sense.

If all you know about Islam is that it's the religion that extremist terrorist groups follow, then you don't know what Islam is. It's like saying we shouldn't allow falafel carts near Ground Zero because falafel is a food that the extremists who caused the 9/11 attacks and many other extremists groups would eat. Its not all I know about Islam. Do you prefer: "Islam is a religion that does not have many woman's rights."? Okay, let me rephrase that: If you consider that (or that) to be the most important thing you know about Islam, or even a thing about Islam worth mentioning in the context of this discussion, then you don't know what Islam is. I guess anything that I say against it is not considered important to you, becuase it is just such a wonderful religion  . So I'll just say that Islam is a monotheistic religion where the followers worship Allah and follow the word of the Qur'an. Happy now?

Favorite thing about the opposite sex?
Yea. As long as they aren't fake. Fake breasts are a big turnoff.

Favorite thing about the opposite sex?
Redheads are 2nd to brunettes. What I do dislike is fake looking dyed hair. Like overly white, blue, green, etc.

Favorite thing about the opposite sex?
I'm more attracted to blondes than I am to brunettes, just my personal preference. I've always liked darker hair more. Brown, black... I love it. I agree, I find brunettes more attractive then blondes, though I am blond myself

Mosque at Ground Zero
I wish we would not have to. But it is just in our nature... it makes for a good show though :P Also makes the good moments that much better. Good moments seem to be great and plenty in our memories. But when we look at the present and future the good moments seem much less great and fewer.

Hot celebrities/models!! :) Post them here!!
Yvonne seems a bit dull though. I have realized that slight imperfections make a girl more beautiful. At least that is how I see it.

Mosque at Ground Zero
Though we do get nonbelievers looking down on religion equally, so it's not like there's any side that's fully innocent in all of this. Yep. There will always be some sort of religion based conflict. Even if everyone believed in the same religion there would be conflict between the sub-categories of the religion. This is all endless.

Mosque at Ground Zero
This whole ideal is really stupid. Religions always seem to butt heads with each other. People are killed in the name of god all the time and religion causes discrimination and prejudice. If not religions fighting against each other then religion begins to look down upon non-believers. Nothing can really be done about any of these issues, but really, what can be done when people all over the world are told that what they worship and what they read is the only truth? Conflict with religion is inevitable.
