  1. A burger doesn't have to be healthy to be a good burger. It just has to be real... At least for me.
  2. That is the perfect little kid smile...although you look like 15 in the picture I'm 16 now... The bottom picture was when I was 10 or 11... :o I swear I can see a lil' mo there. A little mo' of what? :P
  3. I really don't want to know what goes into making that... o_O http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mechanically_separated_meat Some of this stuff goes on your dollar menu burgers. Enjoy I actually thought that was ice cream for a second. Disgusting. I haven't had McDonald's in over a year.

I agree. It's sickening to see the bigger teams use all of their revenue on players and basically buy their championships.

Totally ecstatic for the new ADTR album, listening to the sample of "2nd Sucks." I plan on going to a karate tourny tomorrow. I'll probably just be watching.

Doing something twice a week isn't going to make any dramatic changes. Exercising (in my opinion, of course) should be down three to four times a week. A good diet is everything. I recommend eating whole foods and none of the processed crap people usually eat.
  12. Keep up the good work. :)
  13. I haven't skimmed through the thread so part of what I'm posting is speculation at most. For those who through out the "God hates gays" argument... If "God" hated gays, wouldn't have he had dealt with them? And I believe that homosexuality is just fine. No skin off my back. They can marry and adopt, and that's all good by me.

Just to make it clear if it already isn't by what Powman said, it's 3500 excess calories, so eating 3500 calories one day won't gain you a pound if your body needs say 2000 calories a day to maintain it's current weight. Realistically, 1 - 2 pounds gained a week is pretty good No, I did not clarify. You would be correct.

BMI is a terrible calculation for seeing if you are underweight/overweight. Don't listen to that. Every 3500 calories is one pound. Now, that's a lot of food in one day so I obviously don't want you to raid your kitchen for food (this, keep in mind, is for WHOLE FOODS and NOT junk food). To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you are eating. Think of gaining weight as just the opposite. Also, lifting weights helps a lot.
  16. About how many grams should I be getting daily? With my current diet I am probably getting about 100g. I also keep trying to do pull-ups every time I hit the gym. I get close, but I can never bring myself over the bar without using my legs (which doesn't count). One hundred grams a day isn't terrible, actually. You can start with kicking pull-ups, but try to do one without kicking at least once per day.
  17. The only thing I don't like about this is that it's not everyday. If it's so important for one to do so (and I agree that it is), why can't they do it anytime instead of waiting for a certain day?
  18. That's how I roll.
  19. You can discover a place that is already inhabited, however Columbus came after many others and did not find what he was looking for at all.
  20. You're going to have a hard time getting stronger if you do not have much protein in your diet. They do make soy protein powder, which I recommend for any woman (not for men because soy is known to increase estrogen production). I don't know the whole basketball throw thing, however there are a couple exercises (but ) to help your pull-up count. The best and most obvious way to help with your pull-up count is to just do pull-ups, though.

Anybody miss me? :D Nah, I'm kidding. So far this summer has been great. But today was extremely boring.
  22. Football. Period, end of story. It's the overall favorite sport of the country.

I don't think it is either, to be honest with you. I'd like to have kids, honestly, but only when I'm able to support them financially and actually be a part of their lives. Until then, I'll live my life until I'm able to do so. edit: Zierro just made me remember something. We all have selfish needs. Just some are good, and some are bad. Wanting kids is selfish, but not in a bad way.
