Oh My What Fun!!! =D> I was standing in Edgy, minding my own business, when I got told to get dressed up for a visit to the KBD! So off we went, the 6 muscateers, me being one of biggest scaredy cats in Runescape with Lee, Queenval, Trojann, Wakka and Who Le Ow. Wakka teleported us all up to the Ice Plateau upon which everyone took off in different directions and all got lost. I made it down to the KBD Lair, and found Trojann, so in we went, and killed Mister Threeheaded Smelly Dragon off once before the rest finally arrived. And OMG It was my kill!! Some Fire Runes, Dbones and Black Dhide!! :shock: So there we all were chatting whilst bashing at the KBD, and of course dancing while we waited for him to respawn. He was pretty easy to kill with the group of us there. We must have killed him about 15-20 times at least before we all decided to head back to Edgy to dance and say our goodnights (I lost count). No nice drops, however....that was great fun! Going to KBD = praypots, antidragonfire potions, super antipoison potion, superset, Sharks. The Fun we had = Priceless!

*cough* what I said next in that screenie was "Well, its better than bolt racks and roons!!" :-w :XD: BTW: In the two or so weeks of your return you have recieved 4 or is it 5 Barrows Items?? Think of me, 6 months and nada!!!! :cry:

Well, Ive been busy recruiting our new TET Members and promoting Mirror to TET Leader for the past few days. So today I planned on having a rest and playing a little Runescape, yet it turned around and Mirror had me working my little backside off!! :twisted: So when he finally went to bed, I took off to Piscatoris and fished!!! =D> Ding ding ding...LEVEL!!!!!!!! Then off to Rogues Den to cook and Ding ding ding...ANOTHER LEVEL!!! So after the excitement of that, I ecto'ed to Port Pants and did a bit of Firemaking and .....omg....Ding ding ding...WHAT THE? ANOTHER LEVEL!!! Weeeee.... that put me in the top 8k of players in Runescape!!! \ Heres my screenies for the day. I was supposed to be going back to Slayer...And I will...so hush you Gayle, Mom, and Drummy!!! I just need to get a little bit of skilling done kaythanxbai!!!

Awsome Barrowing there Sir Hartlar!!! Hmm I've never got more than boltracks and runes from there. Maybe need to come barrowing with you one day soon, maybe the luck may rub off! :XD:

The Bad news is Today I didnt get much skilling done. :cry: The Good news is we have a bunch of new recruits in TET!!! Including oreoooo! And to top it all off Mirror has joined me as Co Leader!!!! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: I couldn't ask for a better day than today!!!! I worked hard arranging the new team members to come in, but *sigh* isn't it just so good to see all your hard work pay off. May fish tomorrow, not too far really from a fishing level and a cooking level. :-w

Can I ask, why after 5 months you and Loge_05 are now expressing your opinions instead of being involved in the entire process? Sure, create a concept then expect others to do the hard work. Then don't bother to follow it through. Then come in after 8 months throwing a tantrum because things didn't go the way they wanted it to. Where were you and Loge when CTET were left alone for nearly 3 months without any form of leadership or direction? Where were you when they first started up their events, where was your feedback then? Yes I know that I am inexperienced at clans, I also have not had access to any of the history of the creation of CTET. I have searched the forums and cannot find any posts regarding CTET from before they became a team. What I do have is committment. And so does the CTET Team, and the clans that have been coming to the events. If they had been guided by yourself Loge, or been offered more guidance by people who you say should be working with CTET, then this mess would never have happened. I also saw the applicants for CTET. I did not see any of these names that you suggest bringing in instead of the current team even bother applying right from the start. Its all well and good saying this stuff, but when it comes down to the crunch, put your money where your mouth is. I have worked hard with CTET, I have continually asked for more help with the Clan aspect of the team. As I have already said, I was asked to step in to help them, not due to my clan experience, but due to the fact that I am a doer! I get things done. I got CTET Launched and they have done a great job, considering they did not have the hands on guidance from the individuals who created the concept. I find it offensive that you have suggested we ditch the team and start again, considering how hard they have worked. Yes, they have a lot more to learn, and there are some leadership issues, but they are all committed. That is what is important. Yes clan experience is very very important too, but as I keep repeating myself and will so till I am blue in the face, we had to make do with what we had. Some advice and guidance before now would have been appreciated. Cheers Shey

CTET is a brand new Events Team. Thats what I believe a lot of people here don't seem to understand. They are all very keen and dedicated on making CTET work. Their main problem is lack of experience in hosting events, not just clan experience. I would have liked to have seen some of the current experienced TET Members move across to CTET to train them in hosting, but alas, TET is also currently understaffed. We are recruiting a new batch of TET, TET AU and CTET Members over the next few weeks to help alleviate this problem. TET did not start up from scratch, they had experienced hosts from the beginning. The new members coming in have been trained by the experienced hosts. Satenza, your comments about certain Clans being unimportant is unfounded. The aim of CTET is to provide Events for All Clans, not Certain Clans. Whether a clan of 5 comes along or a clan of 50, what is important is that they have fun at the event. We aim at providing events to Skilling Clans, as they are just as important as the Combat Clans. With more experience CTET can become a great Team. Every member in the team has their hearts in it, and that is the most important thing. TS_Stormrage has given postive feedback, his mature and detailed suggestions are well appreciated by the team, and we are all taking steps to improve every aspect of CTET from the bottom up. It is a work in progress. We would appreciate positive input about CTET, it will not be ditched just because of some peoples pessimistic views. If you have any ideas/suggestions, please do not hesitate to pm them to the_tallest1, any of the CTET Leaders/Members or myself. Thanks Sheynara TET Leader/ CTET Liaison
