Can I ask, why after 5 months you and Loge_05 are now expressing your opinions instead of being involved in the entire process? Sure, create a concept then expect others to do the hard work. Then don't bother to follow it through. Then come in after 8 months throwing a tantrum because things didn't go the way they wanted it to. Where were you and Loge when CTET were left alone for nearly 3 months without any form of leadership or direction? Where were you when they first started up their events, where was your feedback then? Yes I know that I am inexperienced at clans, I also have not had access to any of the history of the creation of CTET. I have searched the forums and cannot find any posts regarding CTET from before they became a team. What I do have is committment. And so does the CTET Team, and the clans that have been coming to the events. If they had been guided by yourself Loge, or been offered more guidance by people who you say should be working with CTET, then this mess would never have happened. I also saw the applicants for CTET. I did not see any of these names that you suggest bringing in instead of the current team even bother applying right from the start. Its all well and good saying this stuff, but when it comes down to the crunch, put your money where your mouth is. I have worked hard with CTET, I have continually asked for more help with the Clan aspect of the team. As I have already said, I was asked to step in to help them, not due to my clan experience, but due to the fact that I am a doer! I get things done. I got CTET Launched and they have done a great job, considering they did not have the hands on guidance from the individuals who created the concept. I find it offensive that you have suggested we ditch the team and start again, considering how hard they have worked. Yes, they have a lot more to learn, and there are some leadership issues, but they are all committed. That is what is important. Yes clan experience is very very important too, but as I keep repeating myself and will so till I am blue in the face, we had to make do with what we had. Some advice and guidance before now would have been appreciated. Cheers Shey

CTET is a brand new Events Team. Thats what I believe a lot of people here don't seem to understand. They are all very keen and dedicated on making CTET work. Their main problem is lack of experience in hosting events, not just clan experience. I would have liked to have seen some of the current experienced TET Members move across to CTET to train them in hosting, but alas, TET is also currently understaffed. We are recruiting a new batch of TET, TET AU and CTET Members over the next few weeks to help alleviate this problem. TET did not start up from scratch, they had experienced hosts from the beginning. The new members coming in have been trained by the experienced hosts. Satenza, your comments about certain Clans being unimportant is unfounded. The aim of CTET is to provide Events for All Clans, not Certain Clans. Whether a clan of 5 comes along or a clan of 50, what is important is that they have fun at the event. We aim at providing events to Skilling Clans, as they are just as important as the Combat Clans. With more experience CTET can become a great Team. Every member in the team has their hearts in it, and that is the most important thing. TS_Stormrage has given postive feedback, his mature and detailed suggestions are well appreciated by the team, and we are all taking steps to improve every aspect of CTET from the bottom up. It is a work in progress. We would appreciate positive input about CTET, it will not be ditched just because of some peoples pessimistic views. If you have any ideas/suggestions, please do not hesitate to pm them to the_tallest1, any of the CTET Leaders/Members or myself. Thanks Sheynara TET Leader/ CTET Liaison

Update: 1857 Total!!! Another Quick Update!! Tonight I got 3 Prayer Levels, while oreo Lit the Burners in my POH for me. Level 75 Prayer now. :pray: Thanks for the congrats already!!! I then went Plundering with Drummy and got Thieving Level 71, which means I can now go into the next room at PP!!!!!! =D>

This weekend I did not get any leveling done at all! :shock: With Oreos Birthday, the TET Event, and TET Leader work, I have not been able to do much. The TET Event was a blast!! :XD: In Those Rangers Forted #2, I was on Zammy with Lep, and off we went to the Ruined Fort in level 45 Wildy. We got there first so were better prepared for the poor Sara team who walked into a massacre. I ran out and ping pinged a bunch of people, ate food, more ping pinging, and ran away again to gather the courage for the next attack. Not sure if I actually got any kills, I was too busy eating and ping pinging to see my chat screen. Well I finally ran out, and someone from Sara recognised me as one of the Hosts of the Zammy Team and bellowed out "All on Shey!" Well .....boom....wake up in Lumby! :shock: I lasted about 20 minutes of the war, which was pretty good as I only expected to last 5 minutes. :P Anyay Zammy won FTW!!!! Well, I'm on a Slayer Streak. Today I spent my entire day working on slayer, I got an Attack Level, a Strength Level and then finally a Slayer Level. At some stage I also got a Combat level so I'm now 107 Combat. 1853 Total! :shock: \ \ \ Thanks for your support everyone. <3 Its amazing and is really fantastic!!! :D I have been taking a bit of time out from having my friends list turned on, I have a few stressful things going on atm which I won't go into or my blog will turn into a rant not a blog. :-w Anyway I'm around and the bit of time out hiding out slaying is helping me out, and I'll be back in form in no time! :wink:
