Question: How many of you still wear a obby cape?
I look around today, and I see a lot of people with 99 capes, and I can't help but feel a bit noobish been as I don't have one. I've tried to get a fire cape three times, but I always end up messing up on Jad. So I'm a level 121 who uses an obby cape while training slayer lol. Does anyone still use an obby cape becase they dont have either a fire or 99 cape?

Fury Advice
Okay, so I stopped playing runescape around a year ago, however I've come back now, and I've been playing for a month. Before a left, fury's were around 3 - 4 mil, and now they are 10 mil. Can anyone tell me why they went up, and also, are they stable at the moment? Because I don't want to end up losing mil's on just one item.

Chaos Druids - The Excellent Money Maker For Mid Levels
Chaos Druids - The Great Money Maker For Mid Levels Contents 1. Introduction 2. History of the Chaos Druids 3. Requirements & Reccomendations 4. Location & Tactics Introduction If you've clicked on my guide, then your interested in making money, who isn't? With armour such as Barrows and Bandos costing millions of gp, we all need a bit of cash now and again. With all the obvious money maker's being busy for levels 70 - 90, how else can you make money? Well, there's Chaos Druids, who can now get you up to 500k per hour. History of the Chaos Druids Chaos Druids have always been a popular training spot for lower levels, due to their low hitpoints and good drops. The main reason for killing these guys, are the fact that they are some of the best herb droppers in the game. Before the release of Summoning, Chaos Druids would be a way of training without the need for to much food for lower levels and pures, plus the fact you could recieve a ranarr drop from time to time amounst other things. With the release of Summoning came a lot of useful familiars such as the Bunyip and Spirit Terrabird. One interesting familiar is the Macaw. The Macaw requires level 41 summoning, and helps the user recieve better herb drops - ideal for Chaos Druids. Requirements & Reccomendations There are no actual requirements for killing Chaos Druids, other then possibly a combat level over 30, and a good weapon. I reccommend these stats for a good amount of gp per hour. 41 Summoning - Required to help with herb drops, and will greatly increase your money gain per hour. 70+ Combat - The higher your combat level, the faster you'll kill these guys. The difference of money per hour, between level 80 and 130 is very slim, as these guys only have 20 hp and are very easy to kill. Equipment: Abyssal Whip - The obvious choice. If you can weild one of these then use it, however if you want to train strength then use a Dragon Scimitar/ Longsword Rune Defender - Good attack stats, which is will what you will need over defence Dragon Boots - For strength bonus Amulet of Glory - Again, good offensive stats, Fury gives slightly more strength, but there isn't much difference when it comes to attack bonuses Here is my usual setup for killing Chaos Druids, you may want to use more armour if you under level 50. Location & Tactics Chaos Druids are located in the dungeon to the west of Falador and to the south of Taverly, here is a map of the entrance to the dungeon: The Chaos Druids themselves are located just a short walk from the entrance to the dungeon, shown here: Your starting inventory should be very simple, as it should only contain one Macaw pouch, which should be released when you arrive at the Chaos Druids. What herbs should I be picking up? At the moment the main herbs to take into consideration are the ones listed below, however the prices may change after this guide is made. Ranarr - 12 - 13k Lantadyme - 11 - 12k Dwarf Weed - 10 - 11k Kwuarm - 6 - 8k Avantoe - 4 - 6k Irit - 2 - 4k Chaos Druids also drop Law and Nature runes on occassion. It's up to you whether or not to pick them up in the place of a herb slot. After you're inventory is full it should look something like this: This is an average inventory from a trip to Chaos Druids, and at level 120 collecting these herbs took me around 20 - 30 minutes. Now the bit you've been waiting for - the money! Here is the total value of the herbs and runes collected from the picture above: This is just from 20 - 30 minutes work, so if you're looking for an hourly rate of income, then you should double this number, making it closer to 500k per hour. However there are some things you need to take into account aswell: 1. The outcome will vary depending on your combat levels, if your 90+ combat, the profit will be very similar to the number shown above, however if you are lower leveled, then expect to see a decrease. 2. This number was taken on Bonus Xp Weekend, where herb prices were a little higher than normal, on normal days the profit per hour could be closer to 400k per hour, depending on herb prices. 3. Chaos Druids can get quite busy at peak times, so you will have to expect to either hop worlds, or deal with more players killing them, and therefore cutting your profit. When you're inventory is full, you will need to bank at Falador west bank, and repeat the process, however I would reccommend drinking a dose of summoning potion, and taking another macaw pouch with you for every trip. Q & A Q: What if I am not high enough level to summon a Macaw, will I still get the same outcome? A: Like a mentioned before, you can still gain a bit of money without one, however it is reccommended to get level 41 summoning in order to maximise profit. Q: Do you need armour to fight Chaos Druids? A: Unless you are below level 40 defence, there really is no need for armour, or any food in your inventory. They are only level 20, and therefore will pose little threat to the everyday player. That's the end of the guide folks, would be great to get some comments/ positive criticism from you guys!

Knowledge Base Finds...?
Your magic defence is 50% defence level and 50% magic level. So lets say someone has 82 defence and 74 magic. 82+74 =156. 156/2 = 78. So that person's magic defence level would be 78.

Is it worth coming back to runescape?
I havn't played runescape for almost 4 months now. I started in about 2003/04 and I have a level 119. I don't know if its worth paying for one month of membership, because I'm getting bored in the holidays and have nothing to do except revise lol. Opinions?

spiritual mages task
I would bring a combat familier, like an overlord. Wear proselyte and pray the task, and just bring whip with zammy book/defender.

26th November 2008 - While Guthix Sleeps
Personally I don't think the quest reward will be to wear the drgon plate and claws, but rather to be able to kill the monster that drops the parts for the dragon platebody. I'm thinking maybe you get a dragon plate which isnt completed as a reward for the quest, then you have to attach the three pieces via 99 smithing (or assist), to make a full dragon platebody. The reason why the ability to wear a dragon plate won't be the reward, is because there is no quest requirement to weild it under the skills tab in game, unlike the dragon sq sheild.

26th November 2008 - While Guthix Sleeps
Think about it. This quest requires every other quest in the game, and therefore the skills requirements for those quests are needed. It works out that you need like at least 60+ in every skill to start this quest.

Tip it is Cliquey - Share you thoughts/Experiences
I agree with your opinion, your right about the cliques, just look at rate this and sort of on the photo's sticky in general disscussion (although its more open). I also think that tip it has gone downhill over the past two years, and a lot of the good guys have left, and newer more aggressive people have joined. There also seems to be a lot of trolling lately, something which is entirely uncalled for.

could I solo bandos?
i had 88/88/88 stats when I went, and used whip with war tortoise and easily soloed the bandos boss. If you bring a terrobird, then you should be fine. Also change the rune defender with an obby sheild for range defence and change the zammy top with a karils leathertop.
