The MX518 serves my purposes nicely. 8 buttons to screw around with, although I'd leave the 2 dpi-switch buttons alone. It's perfect at 400DPI for CSS, and knock it up for stuff like Unreal Tournament.

An anti-static wristband will help, so long as you have something to discharge to(a part of your case will work nicely) I just will make a note of not tampering with your hard drive. If the top pops off, it's ruined, because the distance between the contacts and the "plates" on the hard drive is smaller than the size of a strand of hair. Pushing it wont help.

I think his CD drive is incapable of burning DVDs, since it's not a DVD-RW drive.

I tried that using DAENON tools and it says "Wrong Disk Inserted" when i try and run it You'll need a crack then, i think. Your [Caution: Executable File]c is using security features that detect it as not being an original disc, so if you want to try a crack, PM me and i'll link you to a site that has cracks(no-cd cracks anyway).

+1 once youre 17 youll appreciate the rated R movie ratings and limits. nothing was worse than seeing mirrors with a group or 13 year olds 3 rows down that snuck in Yeah, seriously. The ESRB is fine. The only problem I have with it is that games with even an ounce of nudity get slapped with an "AO" rating, making it virtually impossible for them to be sold in (American) stores. And, mlbfan, it'll be ok. Once you grow up you'll be able to rent these games all by yourself! :thumbsup: That's console games, though. The ESRB is a bit more lax with PC games because fewer people play them.

I only get a tiny bit of exercise, if any, and somehow weigh 162 lbs, and are 5'11". Only exercise I get is going between classes on campus with a ~30-50lb backpack. Anyone wanna give me ideas on how to get into better shape? I'm not looking to build OMG HUGE MUSSLEZ or anything like that. I just want to be a bit better conditioned.

So I decided to play the original Guitar Hero, since that's what I have, and omg some songs are freaking ridiculous. I'm on the fifth set out of six, and the songs are giving me a headache, like Cochise. On the flip side, I cleared set one on Expert :thumbsup: Anyone got tips for getting better at this, I hate this pattern: O YBYBYRG, then it repeats. I just can't shift constantly without messing up.

Get the GTS, it's stronger, and cools more efficiently. It'll have no problems running Call of Duty 4 on medium.

If I had members, i'd help with my lovely ranged abilities, and I leave a few tips: -If you go for the flag, deck out in mage defense gear. That means using everything for magic defense, and add in a few points against melee, magic is your worst enemy. If you get barraged, you wont be getting out of that one alive. -Don't forget the underground exists. If an enemy decides to be stubborn and sit waiting for you to run under a rock or destroy it, feel free to barrage/burst/range them.

No idea why you'd use an iPod as a wifi adapter, since it doesn't work well from experience, mine anyway. You could try going into control panel>network connections, and see if your iPod shows up there. I'm not that great a techie, so someone else might also be able to help. Try using an unsigned applet to run runescape, the signed one might not work with your ipod.(to get to it, there should be an option somewhere on the site)

It is cause it is just hypercam. Its visual quality isn't great. I'm seconding this. Hypercam really sacrifices quality somewhat. You could try Camtasia(think that's the name) and see if it works for you.

In that case, you're good to go. The card will suffice for office stuff, graphics editing, stuff like that, and some low-end gaming if he should ever be into that..
